I R A
"AH!" Cassie and Effy screamed at the same time causing most people to look in our direction. I finally thought this day would come to an end! Why, why, why did I think coming on the Ferris Wheel would be a good idea? The cart started to violently shake as Rachel began to literally take it apart."Hi Ira!" Rachel exclaimed happily. "So glad we get to meet again! I'm happy you're enjoying the ride but its going to be cut short now!"
With a swift movement, she grabbed my hand and pulled me out of the cart, leaving Cassie and Effy behind.
"Hey! Give him back!" Cassie yelled towards Rachel. Everyone in the park was struck with confusion as to why, one of the girls who had saved the world was now causing destruction.
"Rachel, let go!" I said, quite calmly. She simply would not let go so, I bit her hand. It wasn't enough to weaken her, but enough for her to drop me back down. I quickly picked up Cassie and Effy by the hanging them over my shoulder, jumped out of the cart and flew to the ground. People had already began to panic and sprint out of the fair. My hair was soaked and began to shade over my eyes preventing me from being able to see.
"Ira! There's still people up there!" Effy yelled, over the storm.
In a flash, well not a flash. I would prefer to say in a blur, I quickly opened all of the crates and took the people out one by one. Once I had, rescued everyone, I told them all to leave which they did without argue.
"Ira! Ira?" I heard Y/n's muffled screams. I almost forgot in all the rush that she was still here. I flinched as I felt a strong grip on my wrist; thankfully it was only Y/n. I hugged her tightly and she returned. Stood in the midst of the storm, it felt as if the rain was slowly dissolving me. I wonder if Rachel had anything to do with the weather. My question was quickly answered as Rachel made a statement.
"NO! I refuse to let this happen!" Even though the rain was enough to swirl and mix everyone's voices, Rachel's managed to stand above. The wind became heavier, as I held Y/n closer. Were we in the middle of a hurricane?
"So, where's Regina?" She asked calmly, through the horrendous weather change. Now, Regina I had forgotten about, I can guiltily admit too. I'm not sure why, but Regina always finds her way out of these kind of problems.
"Ira, where is she?" Y/n asked, glaring up at me, as if she was mad at me.
"I-I'm not sure," I tried to say through the cold winds, "What if she left already?"
"She wouldn't leave us!" Y/n defended.
"DISTAIN!"
"IRA RUN!" Y/n screamed loudly in my ear. Boy, did I start running. There was a massive cloud looking distain chasing after me and Y/n trying to thwack us with an umbrella. Not only that, but the rain became stronger, not that I thought it was possible. The ground was beginning to flood from the large amount of water.
"Y/N, CAN YOU TRANSFORM?"
"NO, NOT WITHOUT P/N! UNLESS YOU WANT GLITTER QUEEN?"
No, I certainly did not.
"NO! L-LETS NOT GO THAT FAR!"
"WAIT, THERE! THE FOREST!"
"BUT WHAT ABOUT REGINA?"
"I HAVE A STRONG FEELING SHE'S THERE!
"OKAY!"
"DISTAIN!"
*************
"BUBBLEGUM!"As expected, a pack of gum landed on my head. I had been summoning food, drinks and clothes for ages that I had lost track of time. It was sunny, warm and bright; my favourite kind of weather. Y/n has always had a preference for rainy weather; she said its calming and peaceful for her. Ira, on the other hand, prefers then snow. He's just a child.
But anyway, I'm back and I couldn't be happier! I've longed to be here for so long after it disappeared. I wonder if Ira and Y/n would come and join me- Wait, where are they?
I had completely forgotten about them, I'll have to admit. I need to get out of here! But, what if I stay for a couple more minutes? They won't be mad will they? I can't hear Rachel or anyone nearby...
And anyway, I haven't finished trying on any of these clothes-
"REGINA?" A panicked voice yelled, filling my ear drums. The voice sounded familiar but not to familiar that I could tell who it was.
"Regina!" The voice seemed to be getting further and further away. I began to back away, in fear it could be Rachel. I began to run, sadly leaving all of my things behind. If Rachel's here, that means that Ira and Y/n must be in trouble; how do I go back to save them?
"-Ina?" The voice had now completely faded out and I was glad. If Rachel had found me, I would most likely be killed, or tortured. Let's not forget that I'm the main reason this is happening.
I stumbled across a lake. It was a clear, teal coloured lake, shimmering in the vibrant sun above. I thought I should take a moment to clear my thoughts and decided to take a dip. I slipped off my shoes, not wanting to go in fully. I sat down on a conveniently placed mat and dipped in my feet.
"Ah!" I squealed as the water bounced off my feet. The water was ice cold! I would get hyperthermia if I stayed in there any longer. Man, if felt like icicles were taking over my feet. Maybe I should keep moving. This reminds me of a time I watched a film about a girl who lived in ice. It was called something like
"vie de glace"
I'm pretty sure it translates to ice life or something. But anyway, I need to get going. I reached over to my side to grab my shoes but my hands were placed with.. logs? Where did my shoes go?
Did the forest take them or am I finally losing my marbles?
"Shoes?"
To my surprise, nothing fell on my head as usual. I was disappointed maybe thinking that the forest was well, running out of charge or something. This has never happened before. When me, Ira and Y/n were kids, we would be here for hours on end. I'm pretty sure one time we slept overnight!
In a blink (literally), the sky had gone dark and suddenly, I felt very tired. I decided that if I was going to stupidly sleep here, I may as well find somewhere that Rachel can't find me.
I walked past the pond and towards a large tree. I'm not sure what type, but again, I found the same carvings I had made as a child on this tree. I don't believe it was the same tree; we made our territory all over the forest.
If I remember correctly, there was a door that Ira managed to carve out with his powers. I was correct! There was a door, a bit small so I would have to crawl in, but I could fit.
Once I figured out how to get in and crawl through, it was the exact same. Sweets everywhere and princess dresses, swords and wands and a large bed in the centre of the tree. It was amazing how so much could fit in such a small space. Making myself comfortable, I placed myself in the middle of the bed. The blanket automatically covered over me, tucking me in.
Before I dozed off, I glanced at the ceiling one last time and saw a beautiful but messy painting of a sun we had drawn as kids.
It feels so good to be back.
