Chapter 40 (Part 2)

I ran away as fast as I could, I don't even know where am I going. I just kept on running and running, until I was passed out. I found myself in the middle of the woods. Where my shoes step on the soft grass. Yeah I went to the park earlier before I got here, but I was not comfortable there so I decided to just run and run. I don't know even know why am I here, but all I know I want to burst all my madness.

The moon was shining through the leaves of the tall trees. Suddenly a shooting star passed by, as I closed my eyes I wished.

I wish..I wish this will be over..

As I opened my eyes, I let out a deep sigh. I want this things to be over, but I don't want this night to end. It's just..I need to think about this things happening to me. Everything was okay already, I have the boys, I have Luhan. They are my family, but then she came. The one and only I was waiting for. But I don't, I don't understand why I can't accept her now. "Hey moon, please forget to go down..hey moon, don't you go down.."

"Got some problem?" Someone said, it was a strange but familiar voice. The footsteps were heard, and it was getting closer and closer. "Who are you? And why are you here?" I asked. Silly Zinari, you don't even own this place.

I looked at my shoulder. But no one was there. I looked to the left and there was nothing. As I looked to my right, I squealed as I saw the blood on the man's shirt. There were about 6 gun shots I guess. This man was hurt so bad.

"I should be the one asking you if you have a problem!" I don't know what to do, I can't leave this man bleeding here. So I just stepped back and had a distance between the two of us. I haven't look at his face yet. But I was feeling a bit comfortable with him. Its like I'd been with him for years.

The man chuckled as he puts his hand over his bloody tummy. "Its okay Zinari. Everything is fine, its just uncomfortable having these splatters of blood all over my clothes." My ears perked up. He knows me, he knows my name.

"Ho-how did you know my name??" I asked still not looking at his face.

"It's because I'd been with you, for a long time." I can feel him smiling by the silence surrounding us.

"But you left me, and didn't even care when the bullets ran through my soul." That sentence left me breathless and even goosebumps."Just tell me who you are, and don't bother me again. You're getting me crazy."

The bloody hand touched my shoulders. I can't move, I'm too terrified. "Look at me." He said. Why would I do that?? Maybe he only has one eye, or maybe he's Jeff the killer or something.

"Trust me." A few moments later, I took a deep breathe and slowly looked up, until I saw his face.

I squealed as I stood up. "Why are you still alive??" I shouted in fear. It was my father, my step father. He didn't answer, but he gave me the sweetest smile that he ever showed. "I just want to say sorry, my dear."

I didn't speak, I want to listen to his words and I want to know how sincere he was. "I didn't treat you as my daughter, I treated you like some garbage or a dog, or a nanny rather. You didn't even visited my body but I know why you didn't. And it's because of me,my dear." Those sentences, those lines caused me to broke into tears.

"Will you forgive me, Zinari?" He smiled so weakly, and he's also teary eyed. I can't speak, my voice was cracking that time, I just nodded as I tried to wipe my tears. He opened his arms and hugged me tightly, I can't feel the blood on his shirt, its just, its so comfortable. It was my first time to be hugged by a father, a sincere hug. As we escaped from the hug, his clothes were completely white, no dirt, no blood. "I have to go now. Remember dear, I always love you." That made me broke into tears again, "where will you go?"

He just smiled again, with those tears running through his face. "Just tell your mom I love her too." He got something on his pocket, and put it on my hands. Just wear that always, and you will remember me." He smiled again. "And also, forgive your mom too, she loves you so much." He gave me the loveliest kiss of a father on my forehead. As I opened my hands, there was a necklace on it. A heart shaped diamond shining through the moon.

I was about to thank him. But it was too late, he's gone. "He's gone..." I whispered to myself. Suddenly, someone covered my face, I can't breathe anymore, I tried to fight but all I knew was everything went pitch black.
