Obliviate | | Ginny Weasley

•Part five

"This is Herm-" George went to say her name.

"Hermione." You whispered.

"Hermione, this is Ev-" George went to say your name.

"Evie." She whispered.

"Well it looks like you two already know each other." George clapped his hands and sat down next to you. "You can sit down, Hermione, Evie doesn't bite."

"How is she here again?" Hermione asked and sat down on the other side of you, studying your face to check that it was actually the Evie Sophia Elizabeth Williams she knew. "Oh my Merlin, it's actually you."

"Yeah it's me." You shrugged. "And it's actually you, Hermione Jean Granger."

"Woah what-" Hermione was cut off by George coughing.

"I'm sorry but we really need to get this sorted." George said and itched his nose. "So, I think that Evie was obliviated."

"What?" Hermione and you said in unison.

"That's unbelievable." Hermione chuckled. "Evie wouldn't be able to even remember us."

"That's the thing, I think she can." George said. "She remembers me and every single thing that happened the night she disappeared. She remembers things about Ginny too and even her brothers."

"But someone who was actually obliviated would not be able to remember any of this, like at all." Hermione said, like it was obvious.

"How come I have read it but you haven't?" George asked sarcastically. "I read a book at Hogwarts and it said that sometimes, when somebody gets obliviated, then they could remember things. I think it said that they can see or hear signs of something they got obliviated for or from and then start to remember things more."

"I have never read that anywhere before." Hermione said.

"It's obvious that this is what's happened." George said then turned to you. "When you remember something or someone, what happens?"

"Well I start to feel dizzy." You started. "Then my mind has this sort of flashback kind of thing and it shows me some sort of memory. Like with my bracelet. When I first found it, I had a memory of me and Ginny making matching ones. Mine says Ginny and hers says Evie."

"See." George said. "It makes sense, plus she even has that bracelet as proof."

"It's not really proof though." You whispered and Hermione heard so she bit back a smile.

"George, can you go and get by bag from Ginny's room? It's brown and has a blue badge on it." Hermione asked George with a smile. "It has something inside that might help us here with a spell."

"Sure. Be right back." He got up and left the tree house to go and get her bag.

"Did you know that Ginny hasn't taken that bracelet off of her wrist ever since you went missing?" Hermione turned to you.

"No, I didn't know that." You said. "I only found this around a year ago, it was in a drawer with a few more stuff inside it." 

"Wait, so how did you even manage to get out of wherever you were?" Hermione asked you and laid back on the bed, which you done too.

"The Malfoy Manor." You chuckled to yourself after remembering that Hannah and Draco helped you get out. "I got help by some people."

"Really?" Hermione questioned and you nodded your head. "I remember Elijah and Benjamin came to the burrow to break the news and Benjamin was crying into Hannah's shoulder the entire time. The three were all a wreck."

"Oh woah." You gasped. "Fuck, I had no idea."

"Oh, everyone was a wreck, your brother's and Ginny still are." She said and sighed.

You two stayed there, laying on the bed and talking to each other for a while until George finally came back. The sound of footsteps leading towards the door of the tree house made you and Hermione jump up.

"Found it!" George said, walking inside and holding up the book from Hermione's bag. "Took a while to get and some help from Harry, but we got it!"

"Finally, give it here." Hermione held her hand out and George placed the book in the palm of her hand, she laid it on her lap and automatically opened the book.

You and George just stayed there, watching Hermione flick through lots of pages to try and find something. Eventually, she stopped at one particular page around half way into the book and scanned the entire two pages for something.

Hermione sighed in relief, told George to give her any wand, without looking away from the pages, and he did just that. She looked there for another minute or two before looking up and pointing towards your forehead with the wand.

"Woah!" George shook his head. "Why do you look like you are about to kill, Evie?"

"Calm down, I'm not going to kill her. I would never kill her." She said and focused on the wand placement. "Maybe kiss but definitely not kill."

"Kiss?" George asked her.

"Kiss?" You questioned.

"Shh." Hermione shushed and then muttered a spell under her breath.

In a very quick moment, flashes of blue rushed out of her wand and connected to the centre of your forehead. It was as if the blue rays were giving you something, but you just had no idea what.

Then it hit you.

Hermione was getting all of your memories back for you, and it was happening right now.

Holy shit, you would be able to remember everything you forgot now! All the moments you have had with everyone you used to know, everyone you will see again and get to know again!

Your memories were all back.

You could remember everything now.

Everything from when you went on holiday with your two brothers, Elijah and Benjamin, to when you painting with Ginny in this same tree house and how Elijah came to get you that night.

All of your memories where back now and you had no idea how to react.

A/N: I don't know how i am meant to describe someone getting their old memories back after being obliviated so let's just go with this.
