Ginny Pov

I rolled my eyes at my older brother then walked inside.

Her.

My eyes were laid on her.

"Evie." I whispered.

"Ginny.." George followed me into the tree house. "I can explain this entire thing! That- that is not Evie."

"Don't fucking lie to me George, I know my best friend when I see her. Get the fuck out of here." I cursed at my brother, not taking my eyes off of Evie's eyes, who was completely silent.

"Yep." George whispered and left the tree house to give us some space, shutting the door behind him.

Me and Evie stood there in silence for a bit, just staring at each other, before I had had enough of this silent treatment and spoke to my old best friend.

"Why'd you leave me." I said. "You left me when we were about to start Hogwarts with each other, you left me all alone then and I didn't know anyone other than my brother's and their friends! I needed you then but I had no idea where went.."

I sighed and wiped my cheeks, silent tears falling down as Evie looked incredibly guilty.

"Ginny.. believe me, I did not want to! I was taken when I was asleep, I had no choice if I could leave you and everyone else. Trust me, if I did have a choice then I would have stayed here but I couldn't! Bellatrix Lestrange and loads of death eaters took me in the middle of the night, they tortured me and I almost died trying to escape multiple times for you!" I shouted at her out of sadness. "They fucking pinned me down to a table and forced me to get this!"

I watched in silence as Evie pulled up her sleeves to reveal something on her arm.

The dark mark.

The skull was moving non stop, it was not faded at all and was completely black on her skin. Around the mark was red scratches, even some blood drawn from the scratches.

"Evie.." I whispered and took her arm in my hand, examining it closer. "I'm so sorry about everything I said. I had no idea about this and the entire kidnap situation that happened when we were only eleven. You don't deserve it, nobody does."

"Trust me, I know." Evie pulled her arm out of my hand and pulled her sleeve back up. "Look, can this just be forgotten? We can be friends again.. I don't want any of this to effect us, I want to be your friend again. Just like we were before when we were eleven."

Evie and I were now both crying, both of us ignoring the tears on each other's cheeks. We were staring into each other's eyes, like nothing else mattered.

She looked so beautiful right now.

"Of course I would want to be friends with you again, Evie, I have never stopped wanting to! I never gave up on you, I won't ever want to be strangers again." I exclaimed and she laughed out of happiness, pulling me into a nice and warming hug.

We were both crying into each other's arms, not wanting anything to end right now. We both felt pure joy and happiness, wanting to stay in each other's embrace forever, but we just couldn't.

Evie Pov (your pov)

You loved this, being in this stunning persons arms. The feeling would never end, until someone had to interrupt you two. There was a knock at the door, a voice behind it revealing George's voice.

"Can I come in? I saw you two crying and hugging through the window, I think that is a good sign?" George asked through the over side of the door.

"Yes come in." Ginny laughed and you pulled away from her arms, both of you laughing and wiping your happy tears off of each other's faces.

George entered the tree house and immediately you two hugged him out of joy for bringing you two back together. He hugged you two back, messing up both of your heads of hair.

"I take that as a yes, you two have made up?" He asked.

"Yes we have." Ginny said. "Thank you, Georgie."

"Yeah, thank you. You helped bring us back together and I couldn't me any more grateful for it." You thanked. "I now have my best friend back.

You grabbed Ginny's hand and she placed her hand in your own, sending each other smiles back and forth which made George a bit awkward.

"I might go then." He rubbed the back of his neck and you two snapped back into reality, looking at him now. "Feel free to come with me, both of you, I know everyone would be more than happy to see you, Evie."

"Should we go?" Ginny asked as George stepped out of the tree house, making his way back to the warm burrow. "George wasn't wrong, everyone would be so happy to see you. Maybe even more happy than I was."

You and Ginny paused for a couple of seconds before bursting into laughter, knowing nobody could be any happier than Ginny was to see you.

"I think I might come and see everyone." You said with a bright smile on your face still. "You are right, so is George. I'll be happy to see them all too, I can't wait."

"Alright then." Ginny said and took hold of your hand again, rubbing her thumb on your hand and started to walk out of the tree house with you. "Let's go see everyone then. We might even be able to get Elijah and Benjamin out of the house for the first time in ages. It could be a struggle for Elijah because of his depression, but we'll still try."

"Wait." You stopped. "They haven't left the house since I disappeared? Elijah has depression?"

"Well yeah they have, just not a lot. I couldn't for ages either." Ginny said like it was nothing. "We went out to form a search party for you, but after that failed, they hardly left again. And yeah, he got depression because his best friend, his little sister had disappeared. Something else too but he never told us."

"Holy shit." You cursed. "Let's go then."

You and Ginny set off to go to the burrow, and maybe even to your house to get your brothers.

A/N: And they finally meet again!
