Jesse x Lukas Runaways

A/N

Well look who is actually working on her book! And just gonna say real quickly this is like a fantasy war au in this oneshot! But other then that here you go! Also sorry I didn't pre-read this-

Jesse messed with his belt that held his sword as he waited for Lukas to turn up.

It was the middle of a war. Between two kingdoms. The End Kingdom and The Farlands. Both kingdoms had been quite close before The Farlands king broke the truce. Saying he didn't need the other kingdom's help. That's when the wars started between The End and The Farlands.

Jesse sat on the hill he and Lukas would normally meet on. Waiting for his lover.

" Hey Jesse!"

Jesse looked over to see Lukas walking over. His hair swished to the side like normal. His eyes like oceans that sparkled like two oceans. " Hey Luke." Jesse stood up and walked over to Lukas planting a kiss on his lips.

Lukas kissed back before pulling away. " How are you?" He asked

The green eyed boy looked at Lukas before sitting down under the shade of the tree. " Well the fact that we have a battle tomorrow, might die, or lose you." Jesse looked back out to the sky. " Not that well."

Slowly sitting next to Jesse Lukas did what Jesse did and just looked at the sky.

Suddenly Lukas felt a weight on his shoulder and realized Jesse had rested his head on his shoulder. " You know..." Jesse stopped talking causing Lukas to look over to him.

" 'You know' what?" He asked looking at Jesse's eyes. Noticing the dark bags underneath them. His eyelids hardly open, looking like he was about to fall asleep at any given moment.

"We could leave." Jesse said taking his hand and taking hold of Luaks' . " We could run away." Jesse held one of Lukas' hand in two of his before looking into his eyes. " We never had to be part of this war. We can still leave."

As Lukas looked into Jesse's eyes he could feel his heart beat faster. " But...but I have to help King Soren, and you have to help King Ivor."

" We don't have to. Ivor has known me for years. He would understand if I resigned from the royal guard." He explained staring back into Lukas' sea blue eyes.

"But what about me? King Soren would never understand." Lukas said taring his eyes away from Jesse.

"So run away!" Jesse pleaded as he took both of Lukas' hands. " It would be just me and you! We could get a small house in the middle of no where! And we could get as many cats ad you want!" Jesse said clearly trying to keep it together before crying.

Lukas looked at his lover and before he knew what he was doing he pulled him into a hug holding him close before whispering into his ear-

"Let's do it."

Well look at that- i posted again. Sorry I haven't in a while my physical and mental health has been sh!t recently. But I'll try to write here more! And I think that im starting to get better at writing and I really hope I am! If you have any requests for this book just comment them!
