» BadBoyHalo's POV «
"Welcome back...." I heard I voice echo. I was back in that stupid meadow, a tall figure looking over me. When the boy stood before me, he looked different. He was wearing a pair of black, circle framed glasses. The right lense being replaced with a bright red rose. He wore a rose crown on his head, the thorns seeming to dig into his hair.
"What do you want?" I asked. My voice seemed very quite, barely being heard.
"These roses will turn darker every time you screw up my plans. Right now they are bright red meaning you are starting fresh. Keep getting in the way, they'll get darker and you'll visit me every time. Once they are completely black, I'd be worried because I'll be there and ruin everything.."
I snorted.
"Ugh! Your boyfriend is trying to wake you up. I'll let you go unharmed this time only because that boy is being a pest!" His eyes went up in flames. Everything melted away and I felt the cold soil beneath me as I was met with the real world once again.
I noticed Skeppy on top of me, clearly he had been trying to wake me up. I slowly sat up, rubbing my eyes. I felt the boy wrap his arms around me, pulling me in for a tight hug.
"I thought you were dead! Don't ever do that again!" I recognized the terrain. I stood, Skeppy still crouched on the ground.
"Follow me, I want to show you something." I grabbed his hand, following a path covered in rocks.
The path led to the greenhouse. I spent most of the summer there, bringing home seeds everyday or bringing back an entire plant. The garden was located behind the greenhouse, which was where I planted some seeds.
We approached the greenhouse, the fans still running. I opened the door, stepping inside. There were large plants on tables set up inside the greenhouse. Most of the plants were dying or bugs had begun to eat them.
"This is the greenhouse?" Skeppy quietly asked. I nodded. As he looked away, I picked a light pink flower off a dying plant. I spread Skeppy's hand out, gently placing the flower in his palm. He looked at the flower, his face brightening out. I took it from hi palm, setting it in his hair. The stem rested against his ear, giving it a better chance of staying.
I saw a smile creep across his face.

The sun was being to set, the air growing colder. We were still soaked to the bone. The greenhouse was freezing, explaining why most plants were dying. I could feel myself begin to shiver.
Bad had showed me around the whole greenhouse and garden, explaining different types of vegetables, plants, and flowers. I was a bit interested but it was nothing I'd take the time to do. Some flowers were crumbled up, having a black fade as they rotted away. It was sad to think that no one came to the greenhouse anymore besides Bad. He was the only one who even cared for the plants and vegetables. I felt upset about the flowers that probably thought they'd have the greatest and brightest life in the greenhouse, only to see they were soon forgotten and never received the care they needed.
"You're shivering," I heard Bad say. I had clearly zoned out, snapping back into reality as he spoke.
"Oh...may we head back? It was nice of you to tell me about all this but it's getting dark, it's cold, I'm cold, and I crave a hot shower." I inhaled before continuing.
"Not to mention, I hurt my arm and back pretty bad in the fall. Didn't break anything, I'll just be in the shower for a few hours....struggling." I saw him tilt his head to the side, rolling his eyes jokingly.
"I'll help you shower." My eyes widened and I felt my face begin to heat up.
"Thanks for the offer but that's not necessary-" He cut me off.
"You can just ask, Skeppy. I'll help you as soon as we get back. I can wait till tomorrow to shower." I sighed, exiting the greenhouse.
It was a much longer walk out of the woods then expected. We both decided to skip school tomorrow, giving our bodies a chance to relax after running and literally jumping off a cliff and into a waterfall. As we took our first step onto concrete, we trudged the rest of the way back to Bad's dorm.
It was getting much colder by the second. October always seemed colder towards the end of the month and into November. I had my arms wrapped around me, the only thing I could feel was the chattering of my teeth.
"We're almost there. When we arrive, I'll give you a somewhat hot shower," Bad reassured me. Even mentioning the shower made me shiver even more. I wanted to be inside a warm room, wrapped up in a blanket or even wrapped in someone's arms. The cold was miserable.
I'm lucky I didn't go back to my dorm tonight. Might as well move out of it and in with Bad.
We soon arrived at his dorm, it taking a few minutes for him to unlock it. I could see his hoodie was glued to him. He was still soaked and I could seen him shivering as he struggled to open the door.
"You go dry off and change first before you worry about me." I said as we stepped inside the dorm.
He quickly changed into a hoodie and sweatpants, turning the water on in the bathroom.
(They have one of those shower heads that you can pull down from the thingy)
I heard him call my name. I stood in the doorway of the bathroom, a towel wrapped around me. I had set my wet clothes in the bedroom floor, Bad telling me he would run them to a laundromat tomorrow. The bathtub was full of hot water. I coughed trying to get his attention. He looked at me. "Oh, sorry, I won't look!" He closed and covered his eyes as I hopped into the warm water.
It felt amazing. After the cold seeming as if it could kill me, the warm water took away that feeling. I kept my knees up to my chest, facing towards the wall. My back was turned to Bad.
"Can I open my eyes now?" He asked.
"Yes.." I rested my chin on my knee, yawning.
"You sound nasally, I can get you some medicine after this." I felt him spray the warm water on my back, closing my eyes.
"Want me to wash your hair?" He asked. I opened my eyes for a second, turning my head to look at him.
"Sure. Mine as well get it over with," I set my chin back on my knee, closing my eyes again.
I felt him begin to run in the shampoo into my hair. As soon as the warm water dripped off my hair and onto my face, I sighed. It was very refreshing after being in cold water.
He finished washing my air, turning the shower head off and setting it down. "I'm going to give you some medicine." I nodded. He walked over to the cabinet in the bathroom, pulling out some medicine. He filled up the tiny cup to the right measurement, walking back over to me. He sat in his knees and the bathroom rug, setting the ring cup on the bathtub.
"I need you to at least turn a bit so you can take this," I huffed. I turned a little to face him. He lifted my chin up as I grabbed the small cup, chugging the medicine.
I turned back around, facing the wall. Once again, I rested my head on my knees, closing my eyes. I heard him sit on the side of the bathtub, rubbing circles on my back.
"You feeling okay?" His voice was much softer and he sounded exhausted.
"I just have a headache and I'm extremely tired." He began to drain the water. He left the bathroom for a minute, returning with one of his hoodies and long pants.
"I'll let you change. If you need help, just yell for me." I nodded, slowly turning around.

I heard him shout my name after a few minutes. I opened the door, seeing him weakly hold the hoodie in his hands.
"Can you help me with this?" I too the hoodie from his hands, placing it on him. I closed the shower certain, turning around and picking up the smaller boy.
I brought us both into the bedroom, placing him in the bed. I crawled under the covers, curling up as I felt a cold chill go up my spine. Skeppy was out in seconds. I yawned, quickly falling asleep in the comfort of the covers.
