Lilith POV
I just finished my school homework and now I'm on my way to the training room. Today I had a training session with not other than Natasha Romanoff. Most of the people know her as Nat, Black Widow, Ex-russian assasin and other names, but only I know her by one specific name. MAMA. Yep, I'm Natasha's daughter, I'm the only one who can see trough her bad ass poker face pose. When I walk inside the training room, I see my mom and Steve sparring, I frowned my eyebrows and lean to the doorframe and waited until one of them notices me. A couple of minutes passed and neither of them notice me so I clear my throat and started walking to them "Rogers stop showing your muscles to her, she already knows what you got and I DO believed that my training session with my mom started 10 minutes ago, but still here you are invading my sparring time with her" mom and him looked at me. "Oh, my bad Lili I-" "Romanoff" he look at me confused "I mean my name for you and anybody else is Romanoff, do not call me by my name or nickname" "Alright, sorry, my bad. Um Romanoff you can begin your session now. I will leave you two alone" I follow him with my stare and turn around to see my mom with crossed arms in her chest and her look of 'you are going to get it' look. "What?" I ask her "What the fuck is your problem Lilith Romanoff? You think you can talk like that to anybody around here because you want to, I mean 'don't call me by my name only Romanoff' seriously Lilith?" she said to me with a hint of anger in her voice. I roled my eyes "Oh come on mom. First of all, I did it only because is my time to be training with you and he was on the way and second you were the one who taugh me to have formalities, so YES he can't be calling me by my name. He is not my family to do it" my mom was about to continue the argument but I stop her "Can we please stop this stupid argument and start our weekendly training session please. I hate when we argue for things that are not even worth it" she look at me and roled her eyes "Fine, but I'm not going easy on you now" I chuckled "I didn't count on it" Three hours passed while we were sparring until mom accidently push me hard on the face and cut me. "OMG baby I'm so sorry, does it hurt?" "Nah mom, I got worst. It's fine, now can we please call it a day, we being three hours already" "Only because you are wounded, but you know that our sessions are six to seven hours" "I know mama, I know" "Come on, let's clean up that wound shall we" she help me to stand up. In the middle of mom cleaning my wound Tony call mom via FRIDAY "Miss Romanoff, mister Stark request your presence in the meeting room" mom roled her eyes and shout "FRIDAY, tell Stark I'm busy right now" I look at her and made her stop what she was doing "Mom I can do it myself go" she chuckles "No, I did that ugly cut so I would take care of it and also, since when my little spider is less important than a meeting" she smiled and wink at me. I was about to say something but Tony's voice interrupt me "Nat I called for you earlier, we need your help. NOW" he said while came inside of the room "Tony if you didn't notice, I'm busy helping my daughter so you and the others are going to have to wait" mom answer him with anger and annoyence in her voice. Tony roled her eyes and turn around to leave before shouting "20 MINUTES NAT, THIS IS IMPORTANT" I chuckled and role my eyes "asshole" it came out like a whisper but mom catch and she playfully punch my shoulder "What it's the truth mom" she laugh "I know sweetie, I know. There we go, all done, come on let's see what they want"
Natasha POV
When we got to the meeting room everybody was there, including the holograms of the members of the council. "Agent Romanoff glad you could make it" Fury told me and then look at Lilith "Romanoff you can't be here, this is a AVENGERS meeting only" she chuckled and look at me before looking back at Fury "You see Fury, that is not going to happen, my mom is here so I'm here too. End of discussion" she sit down next to me and cuddle next to me, making a point that she was not going to leave. Fury look at me and I nodded, she could be here, there is nothing that she doesn't know about me or any single one of us. Fury continued talking and Lilith didn't seem to care what he was talking until he stopped and let the members of the council talk. The thing that got her attention was a mission that we needed to do, but there was a little problem. It was on her birthday, I never lose that day. We spend it together no matter what. She sit up on the couch and clear her throat before speaking "I'm sorry did I hear right. You are sending the Avengers to a mission next week on April 14th?" "Yes" one of the members said. She started laughing "I'm so sorry for laughing it's not my intention really. But Fury here knows that specific date is sacred to me and agent Romanoff, which if you didn't figure yet, happens to me my mom. So I'm really sorry but she can't go to that little mission of yours. And that's the end of this discussion" she stands up and flips her curly red hair to her back and mades her way out of the training room. The meeting was really quite after that until Fury broke the silence by saying "Well there you have her ladies and gentlemens the daughter of Agent Romanoff. Just as sassy and as her mama" A smiled dance on my face and a silent chuckled came out of my mouth. What Fury said it was true. My babygirl since I can remember has always being sassy like her mother. Sassy like me. "Yep, just as sassy as me"
