Chapter 5: Sadness

What is this? I feel like I am watching a weird movie again but this time, I can control what is happening. I am standing in front of a mirror.

I am wearing a black dress that is so long that I can't even see my feet. I have a beautiful sycthe in my hand that is decorated with my favorite flower, Moonshine, and skulls. My glasses are missing and my hair is tied in a beautiful manner unlike what I used to do with it.

I turned around and saw two figures standing and holding their hands. They looked so happy to see me. I wonder why?

"We are so happy for you, our little daughter. We wish you the best. Please be happy with your fiancee," the one in the right said. It seems like she is a girl. It is obvious with her voice.

Wait a minute, a fiancee? What is this all about? I can't even speak.

"We wish you the best," the man beside her said. I still can't see their faces. I don't know why.

Then the scene changed so suddenly that I almost fell on the ground. When I looked around, I saw that someone is pointing a sword at me but I can't even see his face.

"You are to die now. You should have just killed yourself so that you wouldn't experience this. You are a monster!!!" after sayong this, he drived his sword down to my chest.

It feels like my chest burns. I feel like my life is being drawn away from me.

 I woke up covered in sweat and feeling a great pain in my chest. I ran toward the bathroom to look for my medicine. I open the cabinet and saw the case of it. When I open it, it was empty.

I remembered that I just used them yesterday. I asked dad to bought me some. I immediately went out of the dorm toward his office.

I was running in the hallway when I saw Ivan talking to Dad at the door of his office. It seems like they have noticed me so they looked at me at the same time. I ran to my Father's side.

"Dad, have you bought those medicines that I told you that I needed?" I asked.

"Ah.. yes. They are inside. Why?" he replied.

"Pain.... my chest...." I said not so easily. The pain in my chest is getting intolerable now.

"Okay. I'll get it!" he said and darted to his office. Now, I feel kind of dizzy.

When he returned, he has a medicine and a glass of water in hand. He gave them to me and I drank it. After a while, I feel myself losing consciousness.

"What happened to her?" I asked after laying Akira on the couch in the Chairman's office. When she fainted, I caught her just in time before she could fall on the floor.

"Well.... She has those chest pains that gets worst and worst. I don't even know what to do to help her to bear with it," he replied. He really looks worried.

 "I see.... so what happened to her just a while ago is just like... ummm... normal to all of you?" I asked.

"Let's just say it is like that," he replied.

If she have those weird chest pains, what causes it? I asked it to him.

"Well, you know, Ivan, It is caused by an operation done to her. It was that operation that saved her life," he said.

 "Why was she operated? Did she have a heart disease?" I asked again for the nth time.

"No, the operation is not because of a heart disease. It was because she was found in the forest laying on the ground with a wound that runs directly from her heart. The doctors said that it was even a miracle for her to survive such wound," he replied.

"I see...." was all that I could say. I looked at Akira's face. She really looks peaceful.
