Chapter 15: Ashes

 Chairman's POV

I sat back on my chair. So now, I have to search for Akira's body.

How would I do that, anyway? Even if he didn't went here and ordered me to find Akira's body as a proof that she is already dead, I would do it, anyway.

Now, how would I explain this to the Day Class? Surely, what happened will be understood by the Night Class because they are all vampires but the Day Class....

I was stopped thinking about these things when I noticed that the broken crystal was somewhat shining.

I looked at it intently for a while and was astonished when I realised what was happening.

I picked the broken crystal's pieces and tried to put them back together.

Everytime I put a piece together, It is coming back to it's normal shape, like it was never broken.

After finishing, I looked at it while it is still shining. I carried it and decided to go to Ivan's room.

While walking at the hall, I passed by him.

"Wait, Ivan," I called when I looked back to him.

"Yes?" he asked when he looked back at me.

"I know where to find Akira," I told him. Nobody knows that Akira is already dead.

They all thought that she is just simply missing.

I saw Ivan's expression change. It seems like he has read my mind.

"Can I ask you to bring her back?"

Ivan's POV

"Alexis, come with me," I told him. I think I need his help, just now.

"Where?" he asked. It seems like his bored.

"You'll know," I answered as I was giving him a jar. The jar where to put Akira's body in.

"Okay."

We started running fast that no one can see us unless they are vampires.

Before I forgot, I remember that Mitch's birthday will be on the next day. That is also the day that everyone thought that she died.

Now, I was so surprised to know that Akira is already dead. Just by thinking about it, I can feel the creeps. I don't know but, that's how I feel.

After a while, we arrived at an old warehouse in the edge of town.

I put the crystal in Alexis' hands and looked around.

Not even finished with looking around, I found a lot of ashes in the center of it.

I went near it and gasp as I smelt Akira's scent coming from it.

"Alexis, come here," I told him.

"What is i---- What the hell!!!!" he said when he realised what or who those ashes are.

"Put all of it in tha jar. We should be at the Academy before dawn," I said.

"Okay," was all he answered and started putting Akira's ashes in the jar.

After that, we walked towards the door of the warehouse when we saw an unexpected person in there.

I can't believe my eyes. What the Hell!!!!
