Chapter 16: Carme

I was ... no .. all of us were taken aback when we saw each other. I can't believe that I can see her in a place like this.

The truth that lies behind our transfer of classes in the Incaritan Juri Academy is because we have heard a news that the one that we've been searching for is in there.

When we entered the school, it seems kind of strange that the Chairman, which is the Father of Akira and Suzuki, knows that all the students in the night class are vampires, so why let his daugher study with us?

I'm sure he knows that she is in danger while she's with us. And now, it has shocked me a lot to know that she is already dead.

The reason why were in that Academy is because of my long lost fiancee, Mitch Andromeda. I was the one who was ordered to search for her.

 She disappeared on her 16th birthday. Its been 15 years since then.

There were rumors that she died or that she found a way to escape the pitiful life of a vampire but we, the Special Bloods, don't believe it. Mitch can never do such a thing.

I know her. I know her since forever for I have been living this kind of life for almost a hundred years.

I only look like an 18 years old boy but I'm far far off. Even her. She's even older than me.

 Since we entered the Academy, we still haven't got anything. We don't even have a clue to what her exact location is.

But now, I can't believe that I'm seeing her . . . . . . TWIN.

Yes. Mitch has a twin but her twin is not a vampire like us. They look like the reflection of each other. Thats because they are identical twins.

She's Carme. Carme is as old as Mitch. Eventhought she's not a vampire, it's been a mystery why she's not getting older eversince her 18th Birthday.

Carme was adopted by the Lycans when she was still a kid. The vampires can't accept someone like her.

She's strong. But not as strong as us. She's fast. But not as fast as us. She can heal. But not as fast as us. And she have a scythe. The same sycthe that her sister has.

The Lycans are a group of humans that has the blood of vampires. They are the child of a half vampire.

They kill the vampires that go against the treaty that we the special bloods and the Lycans have made a long long time ago.

But the question is, why is she in here?

"What are you doing in here, Ivan?" she asked after a while.

"Ahh... we just took the ashes of a vampire here. Have you seen who killed her?" I asked.

"No. I just arrived in here. You can go now," she replied.

"Of course. We'll be going now. Goodbye."

After saying that, I motioned my hand to alexis that we should go. After a minute, we reached the Academy.

I saw Suzuki looking at us with sad eyes. He went near us and asked, "Is that her?"

"Yes. It is certainly her. If you'll excuse us?" I said.

"Ahh. Yes. Your going to go to Father, right? Can you please tell him that I'm sorry? I didn't mean those words that I said to him," he asked while looking at me in the eye.

"Of course."

I motioned Alexis that he can leave me. After a while, I reached Chairman Kaito's office and was talking to him.

I told him what Suzuki want me to tell him and told him that we've found not a single trace of anyone that could be possibly the one who killed Akira.

After talking to him, I decided to retire to my room since its been a long day for me.

When I entered my room, I was surprised to see a letter at the cabinet. I took it and read it.

It states:

At 10:30 pm in the central park at the 11th of May, we will be there waiting for you with the Princess.

You should come.

 

The Andomeda Household.

So its another letter from that Andromeda Household. I forgot about Mitch's birthday.

I need to get ready. It's already time.
