Opening your eyes only to see darkness. Trying to move but to no avail, looking around in the dark for any clue to what was going on.
You desperately pulled at your limbs, hoping that they would move even wiggle but nothing. So you just lay in this darkness, unable to move.
In the distance of where you lay, a flicker of what looked like a candle approached you, slowing the light got closer until next to you.
The face you saw next shook you to your cour, as the candlelight danced to reveal the face of Miranda; her eyes looked red and raw, like she had been crying under her bird-like mask.
"What have you done" feeling the anxiety bubbling in your chest, trying to steady your breathing,
"You're not awake, Y/N", Miranda answers, her eyes dark, full of pain and anger.
"What do you mean" replying confused and scared,
"I have entered your dreams, Y/N," Miranda clicked her fingers, the metal cuffs on her fingers clinking as she did do.
The whole room lit up; you could see everything finally was clear; the light was almost blinding before your retinas adjusted.
"Why can't I move" looking at Miranda, not breaking your stare, your anger and despise for this woman bubbling to the surface; just looking at her made you angry.
"I am not sure", she sighs; even tho you had more questions, you held your tongue,
"Well, what did you want from me" you snarl, attempting to sit up, failing once again;
"I need some of your blood to bring my Ava back" she didn't sound threatening like in your other encounters; this was different.
"Why my blood, and why should I help you after everything you have done" gritting your teeth, finally managing after much struggle to get to your feet, the ground below felt unsteady.
You approach Miranda, your body tense as she pleased her hand on your shoulder. It was unusual to be a height similar to someone as your mistress was so tall that you stood in silence.
The impact was painless; the shock sent shivers down your spine before feeling yourself drifting out of this reality and into the next.
Jerking awake, feeling your heart beating at one hundred miles per hour, your head rasing. A hand presses agents your back, rubbing up and down your spine.
Feeling your breath hitch, panting like a dog, a gentle voice whispers in your ear, hearing it over all the other thoughts in your head.
"Sweetling, are you ok" the voice sounded familiar, safe and warm, turning your blurred gaze to see your beloved sitting next to you, repeatedly blinking until your full vision was restored.
"Yes- yes, I'm fine", you gather the words, finally landing out of your dream state, moving into your beloved's arms, nestling your head on her abdomen and sigh.
"Are you ok, Alcina" looking up into the eyes of your love, sensing some kind of pull, the craving in your stomach begging for the touch of your lady.
"I'm fine, draga mea", leaning down to kiss your forehead, sitting up on your lover's lap, turning around and pull her in for a kiss, feeling butterflies as her hands wrap around your torso.
