1. You May Now Kiss the Bride (pre)

"By the authority invested in me by the state of Oregon, I now pronounce you, husband and wife. You may kiss the bride"

Norma, who still can't believe she and Alex just got married, naturally pivoted to take a good look at her new husband. Although vicious to those who pose a threat, he had always looked at Norma with such kind eyes—kind, yet smouldering.

Without even thinking, Alex turned to face Norma as well, looking for the one thing he had always longed for. Sweet yet eager, Alex reached out to coddle Norma's face while placing his thumb gently on her cheeks, softly grazing her delicate skin and just enough to feel her slight blushing. She was finally his.

Norma could only feel Alex's steaming breath against her lips as he leaned in closer, slowly closing the distance between them. She finally closed her eyes to embrace him fully. Locked lips. The whole world stopped for a second and all Norma could feel at this moment was Alex's lips pressing against hers, sharing the passion that had for each other but was never discovered until this very moment. For the first time, she finally knew that THIS was what she always wanted. Like a cub suckling for survival, she pressed her lips harder against his and leaning further without herself even knowing, just so she could make that kiss last forever.

But he had already pulled away.

Norma instantly felt like a part of her was missing. Like a drug addict in rehab, she was experiencing all kinds of withdrawal effects in the span of a second. She needed him, NOW.

She opened her eyes in shock but realised how her eyes were aligned with Alex at this very second. There was something in the darkness of his eyes that calmed her and made her register that the kiss wasn't just pure lust, it was love. Norma leaned back to catch a glimpse of Alex's sweet smile. Without effort, Norma's lips curled upwards to match Alex's, He was finally hers. 

(This is kinda the first chapter that leads to the rest of the steamy bits, I'm sorry it's a bit short. Written as to kinda test the waters a little because I've never written anything like this before... I hope you like it and please do save it if you want updates of future chapters <3 )
