Naruto~Kakashi fanfic

Chapter 2 part 1

I CANT BELIEVE I DIDNT MENTION IT. BUT. Naruto does NOT belong to me, okay? OKAY so team 7 starts training in this chapter! I wonder what will happen?(; Honestly I haven't thought it through._.

[Ruka's POV]

I woke up early this morning and when I went to wake Kakashi up, he wasn't in his bedroom. I started to panic and went around the house to find him and finally, I found him in the kitchen. Kakashi was eating a bento with a cup of milk and he was staring at his cup of milk like a retard. What I didn't get was why he was drinking milk with bento. In the first place, he doesn't even drink milk.

"Morning." Kakashi greeted me and pushed the cup of milk towards me.

I sighed with relief as I walked towards the kitchen table where Kakashi was seating and took the cup. I gulped down the cup of milk before I sat down beside him.

"You had me worried about you back there. You know how I feel when you're not around me." I stated. Kakashi was like family to me and he knows everything about me. He wouldn't scare me like that for no reason. I was sure he had something else on his mind. He never wakes up earlier than me...

[Kakashi's POV]

I was thinking if I should go and visit Obito's grave before heading to the training area when I heard Ruka running around the house. Oh shit. She must be freaking out right now, I never wake up this early unless I have a mission to go. I sighed when she finally found me.

"Morning." I greeted her. I looked down at the cup in my hands. Milk, ugh. I must have been really deep in thought. Pushing the cup away from me, I eyed Ruka as she walked towards the table. She looks really pretty even without trying. She just has that charm that is hard to miss, something special about her.

"You had me worried about you back there. You know how I feel when you're not around me." Ruka complained. My heart skipped a beat before I realised what she actually meant. I thought she meant it in a romantic kind of way, but it's Ruka we're talking about. She only looks at me as a brother kind of person. I was certain she wouldn't return my feelings.

"Ruka, you should eat breakfast and while you do, I need to talk to you about something."

Ruka looked at me with raised eyebrows. "Okay... but I thought you said not to eat breakfast?" She teased. I sighed, pinching the bridge of my nose. "You know how my training works. So just go get your cereal, I bought a new box yesterday." At the sound of that, Ruka jumped from her seat and searched the cupboards for her favourite breakfast. "Anyway, I just wanted to tell you that during trainings and missions with Team 7, please do not always save them from trouble. Unless it's life threatening, I want you to hold back and let them handle things themselves okay?"

Ruka nodded, pouring milk into her bowl of cereal. I stood up, ready to leave the table when Ruka whispered,"You're going to visit Obito-senpai and Rin-senpai right?" I half-turned to look at her. Her eyes were casted downwards, her dark blue eyes staring deep into her cereal bowl. I turned back to face the door and walked out. "Yeah."
