Happy pills part 2

Techno: I sat there wondering what the fuck should I do because I just found out my little brother is abusing drugs.
   I here footsteps coming and quickly hide the pills worried it might be Tommy so I grab a book and pretend I am just reading. 
And there low and behold comes Tommy he barge's through the door like normal but this time more worried he says " Hey Tech got a question have you seen these pills or pill bottle Phil gave them to me recently and they are for my low blood pressure". "nah haven't seen it" "oh ok thanks any ways." "mhm" he then walked out and when he closed the door.
     
at dinner

I decide to bring it up at dinner " so Tommy did you find your new blood pressure pills Phil got you?"
Phil looks at Tommy and says " I havent gave you any new blood pressure pills. " Tommy then stood up and ran to the bathroom and locked the door behind him as all of us sprinted after him when we reached the bathroom.

All we heard was him struggling to open something. "Tommy open the door please Tommy " Wilbur said " Tommy I know you don't hear this a lot but we love you for you, you don't have to force yourself to be happy all the time we love you Tommy and we aren't pitying you either please open the door and let us help"

I say then 3 minutes later we hear click we hear the doorknob open and find a crying standing there with a bottle of pills saying he was sorry over and over again. we ran up and hugged him, "we love you Tommy " Tommy was silent for a few minutes before saying " I love you guys to"

but what if that's what I want you to think you thought this was a happy ending no absolutely not

All we heard was him struggling to open something. "Tommy open the door please Tommy " Wilbur said " Tommy I know you don't hear this a lot but we love you for you, you don't have to force yourself to be happy all the time we love you Tommy and we aren't pitying you either please open the door and let us help"

I say then 3 minutes later we hear click it wasn't of the doorknob but of the pill cap opening he then said through the door "I'm sorry I love you guys and this will never be your fault" " Tommy Tommy please we need you stop"

I say while trying to break down the door and when I'm just about to we hear a thud and the door breaks to reveal my little brother on the floor not breathing and a empty bottle of pills a few feet away...
