°Prologue°
Life was very harsh on Tommy, In school he was bullied by everyone, He had no one to talk to. Aware of everyone, But the reason why he was bullied was because he was a victim of autism. He was 15 and behaved like a 9 year old. He used to stammer and was unable to speak properly. Many people used to think of him as someone who was just there to pick on. Tommy unaware of everything he was going through was still gentle. He never used to fight but used to take in all the harshness of the world he was in. His parents left him, And only his grandfather, James, was there to educate and nurture him. He was the only friend he had. The only person he could talk to and laugh with. His grandfather was his everything. And that's all he wanted.
But once again life was rude to him. There was a civil conflict between two countries, The one he was living in and the neighbouring country. The conflict soon led to a war in the nation. And each country was ready with all arms at bay. But Tommy and his grandfather were staying together and surviving in this world which wanted to take you away from everything that you loved and cared for. The ride for both of them will be a hard one, Where both of them struggle to stay together and live a second more.Note from writer-
Hi everyone! So after the success of my first book I'm writing another book in a similar tone and setting. But the way the book will be narrated will be very different from the first book I wrote- One last shot. The book is also going to be a lot longer and much more fleshed out than One Last shot, And after the things that I learnt from that book. Also, I will be posting 1 part every week. And since this is the prologue I will be writing a second part tomorrow! Hope you enjoy! :)
