"I'm not...not strong enough to be my own hero Jungkook"
Jungkook just smiled at her, with tears falling from his eyes. He held her left hand delicately into his own as he whispered after leaning in and kissing her forehead.
"It's okay. I'll be you...
At first Jungkook just apologised to his Grandma and tried to convince her that it was Moon's fault for not telling him, but at night when he was back home, had dinner and thought about his moments at the hospital, he felt guilty.
As he was staring at the ceiling of his childhood bedroom, he couldn't think of anything else except Moon's laugh and the way she moved her hands while speaking. So before going deep into sleep, he promised himself that he would apologize to her first thing in the morning when he goes to the hospital.
Next morning, the first place that Jungkook goes to is the 'Cancer Ward'. The words of his grandmother running through his mind 'She is in room '106' in cancer ward'. Searching for room '106' turns out to be extremely easy for him. Still wearing his mask he comes to halt right in front of the door and gently knocks.
Once. Twice. Nothing.
Feeling frustrated he turns around but suddenly is faced towards a boy, who looked like he was in his teens.
"Are you here to see Moon noona?" the boy gently asks while eyeing the fresh bouquet of lilies in Jungkook's hand.
Jungkook felt his cheeks heat up at the stare of the young boy but gently nods.
"Oh, well then come in." the young boy moves forward and pushes the door of the room '106', giving Jungkook the view of inside.
As Jungkook walked in, he realised that the room was nothing like the one his Grandma was in. In fact this room didn't even smell of medicines. This was just fresh. He felt like he just stepped into the room of a girl at her happy house. The window was open giving the view to the garden situated at the back of the hospital. It had a chair which was facing towards the view and few pots were lined up at the window sill.
