they both layed in the fresh green grassroots on the park, where few friends and family were also having a picnic with their loved ones, little children running around with fits of laughters and cries echoing around, cotton candies and icecream being sold by the grandmother and her grandson under the shade of the huge tree, bubbles and fluffy white clouds floating above their head, they sighed in unison.

the park seemed pretty busy to notice you two.

she glanced his way, his glassy eyes staring at the bright sky, his cute nose poking out of his chubby cheeks, his soft lips pressed together as he looked deep in thought, her heart pace quickened at the thought of him hugging you or kissing her cheeks or her lips.

she wanted everything to stay just the way it is but she can't help the feelings, 'how can I be yours if we're just friends?' she thought bitterly.
