Book two: Impractical (Crawford and Chris Collins)

Chapter 17

*A few days after Crawford has been released from the hospital*

"Babe... I have to tell you something.." Oh no. The confession. Tears came down my face as I let the words out, intertwining his hand with mine.

"Are you okay?" No. I'm not.

"No, no. Nevermind. It's okay. I promise," I walked to the bathroom to wipe my face. I should have told him. I started the shower, standing at the counter, looking into the mirror.

I saw the door slowly open, and Crawf came in, wrapping his arms around my waist, leaning against me. He kissed my face after turning me around, down my neck, back to my lips.

"I love you; so fucking much," I hear him say as he runs his hands down my body.

"I love you so fucking much, too," I slowly kissed his lips, biting them softly receiving a groan from him. I kissed his jawline, making a small hickey at the top of his neck. I pulled away and looked into his eyes, as Crawford brought his lips to mine once again. He left several small pecks around my face and neck, leaving some lingering kisses on my lips.

Somehow, I remove myself from his grasp, taking off my clothes in front of him. Crawford pulls me back into him, wrapping his arms around me again. "Ellie.. You're so beautiful," I don't deserve this love and attention.

"I'm gonna just go take my shower, okay?" I put my face on his chest, resting my head.

"Okay, I love you," and like that, he's gone.

I got out of the shower, and I realized i forgot to bring everything but underwear. Towel, shirt, shorts, everything. I walked out, only in underwear. Thank god Max and Cari are on vacation.

"Babe." Crawford looked at me, running his hand through his ruffled hair. "You should do this more often," aaaand he's looking at my boobs.

"Shut up," I try to stomp into our room, but he catches me by my waist and pulls me back.

"I love you," he hugs me, running his hands around my torso, kissing my head. "I could never love someone as much as I love you," he kissed down my neck, massaging the muscles that layed on my shoulders.
