Glasses and Plates clutter, under the never-ending chatter of the students. Hadrian looked out from his spot as dinner commenced, students laughing, talking, all smiling. He truly never was on this side of a school. Being with students.

Being the Heir to the castle, he grew up different from the rest. He never sat through lecturers with other students and always trained privately. Hadrian only ever dueled with other students in mock competitions and played on the quidditch teams. He was truly alone, that was till he met Marcus. Sitting now surrounded by students he isn't sure what to do or feel. If anything he should be teaching a class than on this side even Marcus shouldn't be taking classes.

"Slytherin!" The hat called out as it was pulled off of Marcus' head a minute later. Marcus stood with an ever-present smirk going to the Slytherin table. Hadrian snorted as the hall fell into shock, from what he remembered Potter's have always been in Gryffindor.

Hadrian then made his way to the stool sitting down as the hat was placed on his head. 'Well Heir we finally get to meet. We have been waiting for a long time.' A tired voice spoke.

'Am I finally going to learn what that means?'

'Mm, you will have to be the one to answer that.'

Hadrian huffed, Hogwarts also said something along those lines. 'Awe I see things are starting to change with your presence. Hogwarts is waking up. Let's see you have a balance I see, learning from the four tends to do that. I am going to take a guess and make this easy. You want to be with your brother who was sorted before you.'

'What do you think you're in my head?'

The hat left off a chuckle, 'you're welcome to visit me anytime, all you need to do is call my name Heir. I'll be there.' "Slytherin!"

Hadrian stood up in a silent hall, it really doesn't matter in the end the houses were just a way to organize the students. They're the ones making it a big deal...

"Really Potter's nephews. That makes no sense." Hadrian looked over to Draco and shared a look with Marcus.

"It was Dumbledore's story, though Hadrian is related to them." Marcus commented quietly, "but we as students should be hard to pass a truth. I haven't been in class since I was thirteen."

Hadrian nodded, "how does the system work at your school?" Blaze asked, finishing his dessert.

"It goes by accomplishments; you pass or finish a class you move on. There is no actual age and year, just how you study and survive in a school year."

Draco hummed as the others nodded at the information, however Hadrian couldn't help but wonder off again.

"Follow me. I'll show you to the common room." Draco said, pulling Hadrian to the present time.

They walk down to the dungeons turn after turn only to stop at a brick wall. Draco turned to them, "the password changes every eight days. For now it's Tenebris." Getting a snort from Marcus, "I know."

They walked in as the wall opened up revealing a large room in blues and greens. Black leather couches and chairs situated around a large massive stone fireplace with green flames filling the room with warmth the dungeons doesn't provide. The back walls are filled with glass looking into the Black Lake keeping with the theme of green.

Coming to a stop at the stairs Hadrian saw the group of first years milling around admiring the common room. Then the sound of moving stones was heard on a bearing wall, the head of House Severus Snape stepped into the room. Silence cascaded through the common room waiting for him to speak.

"I am sure you are all ready to turn in for the night; however, this is necessary. If you haven't already guessed I am Severus Snape the head of this great house Slytherin. If you need help, my office is open when the prefects are unable to help. As Slytherins you will face many hardships while at this school, therefore we have codes this house follows. Learn them fast and remember them. United together were stronger. I bid you all a good night." With that the man nodded to the prefects who further explained the way the house worked and the codes. In the end Draco showed the two to a room, saying it's been empty for years, and not a lot of people can stay in the room but it's the only one available.
