CHAPTER TWELVE

As you finish up your hair and makeup you decide to check if Natasha had finished everything

You walk out the bathroom turning off the lights and shutting the door

"Natasha are you done" you shout

You wait a few seconds and don't get an answer

"NATASHA" you scream again but this time worried

You quickly make your way to the kitchen and see a note on the table and a box with a bow around it

You were taking a bit long so I decided to make my way over there I left you an earpiece to we can communicate through there just hurry up Fury is waiting for the evidence

You were a bit upset that Natasha had left without you, you kind of wanted to see what she was wearing even though you knew she would look beautiful in anything she wore, it was just part of her nature

You didn't have a car since Natasha took it so you had to call an Uber

You make your way out of the car and we're faced with a fabulous white mansion you couldn't believe your eyes

"This shit is beautiful" you mumbled to yourself

You put on your mask & your earpiece while starting to walk up the stairs

The doors were opened by a handsome gentleman

"Thank you" you tell him

"You are very welcome darling" you blush at his sudden choice of words

"Stop flirting with our target" you hear in the right ear it was Natasha she had seen you but you didn't see her

Natasha's POV

The doors open and I see this beautiful women nothing like I've ever seen before she had this black dress with a slit down the side and these sliver heels that complimented the whole look

I hear a voice in my ear and notice that it's y/n at the door talking to some man which just happened to be the target

"Stop flirting with our target" I say making sure she can hear me

As she walks to the bar

Y/n's POV

I make my way to the bar knowing that tonight will be a long ass night

You still couldn't believe what had happened a few hour prior and you kind of wish you could take everything back

"What would you like this evening" you were taken out of your thoughts by the bartender

"I will have a Campari with light ice and some sugar on the rim" I let her know

"You have some good taste I can say" some random person comes out and sits next to you

You obviously thought it was gonna a man
But it turned out to be a beautiful brunette women

"Hailee Steinfeld"

"Y/n Y/l/n"

"What is a stunning young lady like you doing here alone" you blush at her calling you beautiful

"I actually don't know" you say nervously

"Dance with me" as she tucks your hair behind your ear

You feel a pair of eyes staring at you but you decide to ignore it and accept her offer as you tend to enjoy your night
