(Hope broke up with Lizzie because she was afraid to loose her. Every person she loved died and she didn't want Lizzie to die or leave her too.)
Hope POV:
It's been a week since I broke up with Lizzie, I love her. I love her with everything I have and that's the problem. Every person I love either leaves me or dies.
I miss Lizzie, I miss her more than anything and I want her back, because I can't live without her. I rather loose her, than be apart from her.
The last time I saw her was when I left her after I broke up with her.
--flashback 1 week ago--
I made my way to Lizzie's room and walked in, without knocking.
"Hey babe.", Lizzie said, looking up from her book.
"Hey, we have to talk Lizzie.", I said and set down next to her.
"Okay, talk then.", she answered.
"We have to break up. I love you I really do and I'm afraid to loose you. It's for the best.", I said and stood up, walking out off the room.
I could hear Lizzie scream my name and that I shouldn't leave her and it broke my heart, but I ignored it and just walked back to my room, falling into my bed crying.
Today was a talent show at the school and I wrote a song for Lizzie, I just hope that she'll take me back.
I made my way to the gym, were the talent show took place.
I was the last one and when I finally walked on stage, I scanned the room for Lizzie. I saw her sitting in the third row, looking up at me.
I gave her a smile and she looked down.
The music started to play and I sang.
They promised always,
they said forever.
But in the end I'm left alone.
Lizzie looked up at me, tears shinig in her eyes.
I've tried running, but time always finds me.
And it will take and take and what you love is never save.
Memories of my parents flashed trough my mind and my eyes filled with tears.
Lizzie saw that and got up, making her way to the backstage area.
And everyone you need one day will go.

I looked to the side and locked eyes with Lizzie, who gave me a warm and comforting smile.

When the music ended, Lizzie ran up to me and wrapped her arms around my neck, kissing me softly.
I smiled into the kiss and wrapped my arms around her, tears of sadness and joy streaming down my face.
I was happy to have her back, but the song also brought memories of my dead parents back.
Lizzie sensed that and wrapped her arms tightly around me.
"I love you so much, babygirl.", she whispered in my ear.
She grabbed my hand and let me off the stage, back into my room.
She sat down on my bed, her back resting against the headboard and opened her arms.
"Come here.", she said and I sat down on her lap, letting her wrap me up in her arms.
"I'm sorry.", I whispered brokenly.
"Don't be. We're good now. Everything's fine.", she soothed me and I slowly nodded my head.
"I love you Liz.", I said.
"I love you too Hopey."
