The Trip begins 😍

After Aryan left, a little more drama happened, and then everyone left for their rooms.

Sai reached her room first, as Virat had some work with his father downstairs. As she sat on the bed, she drifted into her World of Thought. Her Virat sir had supported her quite well today. He wasn't aggressive, instead he was quite amusing. He had let her explain herself and word-slapped Kaku only when it was absolutely required. He had even talked politely with Aryan and even joked with him! She was very happy with this change in him. She had been slightly attracted to him always, but now she started having a new respect towards him! She could almost imagine a nice life in the future with him! 😍

As Sai was thinking all this with her eyes closed, Virat entered the room and saw her in this peaceful state. A variety of emotions and thoughts came in his mind, but the most dominant one was respect! Respect for her maturity, the way she handled his family, the way she was clear about her decisions and her feelings, and above all her distinguishing power (Viveka). She could clearly distinguish between right and wrong. He was absolutely proud of his young wife, whom he had thought to be childish and immature, but had now grown into an understanding young woman. He slowly walked towards her and sat next to her on the bed.

V(playfully): Someone is in deep thought huh? 😇
S: Oh hi, Virat sir. I didn't hear you come in! No, I wasn't thinking anything. I was just enjoying the silence after the storm.
V: Wow, I didn't know my wife was a poetess also. 😏

Sai simply laughs in her cute way.

S: Thank you Virat sir, for supporting me today. I really hope you didn't do so because I inherited such a large property? 🤨
V: No Sai. When you were out talking with Aryan, I was thinking a little. I have been very unsupportive of you Sai and I have slowly realized my mistakes. Earlier, when Pakhi would support Kaku and taunt you, I couldn't say anything to her, because maybe I still thought she would understand and change herself. My mouth would entirely fail me at those times. But now, with Pakhi no longer between us, my mind and heart are very clear about what they want and I have understood my mistakes Sai.

S: I am glad we agreed to talk Virat sir. I'll surely give this marriage another chance, or I am sure I will go mad. 😅
V: Ha ha, drama queen!! 😂

Sai just laughs loudly.

S: By the way, Virat sir, you didn't tell me! Where are we going for the trip tomorrow? 🤔
V: Its a surprise Sai. Don't worry I have it all planned out. I will just say that we are going there by flight! Just take some nice outfits with you, and please not those salwars which you always wear, but some modern dresses!
S: But I have never been in a flight before! 😲
V: Its ok. You won't face any trouble. Trust me, I won't let anything happen to you!
S: Fine. And what did you say about my dresses? 😡 Don't you like them?? 😡
V: No Sai, they are good for specific occasions. But you can't wear them on trips right? 😬
S: Actually you are right! First time I went to college, everyone thought I was a professor! 🙄 Looks like I should change my wardrobe! 🤔
V: Well, whatever you need you can buy there! But now please pack whatever you have. We will be going for 3 days and our flight is at 8 AM tomorrow. So we need to wake up early!
