Chapter 1

Isabella's POV

''We need one more toch man to donate,and you could do the surgery.'' Mr. Joran said.

WHAT?!if it takes to much time we could lose the kid!!

''How long would it take?'' I asked looking him in the eyes.

''I don't know,minimum 2-3weeks.'' He said.

''WHAT?! We could lose her'' I shouted

''I know mrs. Jaden but-but you know we can't do anything here.'' He said, there was no sadness in his voice, i bed he doesn't even care is the kid dies.''

''Now please, mrs jaden i have other things to do.'' He said and fixed his tie.

What the actual fuck!

I nodded and left,fastly I run to my office and slem the door.

''I can't lose this kid, she is still to young.'' I said, my voice nearly to whisper.

I set on my chair in front of my desk and stared to think. 

Where can I find a rich man who will donate?!!!FUCK!! I can't think of anyone.

Then I heard my door open and shut and looked up to see who it is.

It was my assistant, Marry.

'' mrs. Jaden!'' She shouted and breathe in deeply

''What Marry?'' I asked with an angry voice.

''Mrs. Jaden,there is an emergency. You need to go to a village near the city. There is no other available doctor so you need to go. ''She said breathless.''

''Okay,okay.'' I said and stood up to get my jacket.

''The ambulance is outside waiting for you mrs.'' She said.

''Okay'' i said and got out of my office.

I got out of the ambulance. Outside of the house were waiting two man. I scan both of them. One was tall maybe 6.0 and the other was my height 5.11. The both of them had brown eyes, but the short one had black hair and the tall one dirty blonde hair. They were both dressed in black suits.

I went to them.

''Where is the injured person you called for?''      I asked.

'' This way ma'am.'' The tall one said and stared walking towards the house entrance and I followed.

We came to the room on the second floor of the house and there stood a really tall man, at least 6.7 for sure. His hair was over his eyes and he wore black suits as the other two,but I could see tattoos on his neck, but I couldn't see his hands because they were in his pockets.okay. He is hot.

ISABELLA!!!! YOU ARE HERE FOR WORK!

I coughed.

Then mr.Hotttie opened the door behind him, I went inside.There was a man on a hospital bed.

'' What's wrong,what happened?''I asked but no one replied.

Jake's POV:

*Awhile before*

"Valentino, 7 people are dead and 1 is injured,and you killed our doctor,we need to call the ambulance." I said.

If we call the ambulance they will ask what happened." Valentino said coldly.Always so cold.

"But the man will die." I said and looked him in the eyes.His eyes were cold.

"I don't care." He said.

"Valentino please." I said and looked at him with pleading eyes.

"Okay call the ambulance and think of what to tell them when they ask what happened." He said and went in his office.

Valentino.

Valentino is my old friend,very old,i met him when i first came to be in the mafia.In that time he was the heir still not the don.No one talked to him but i did.

*flashback*

I set on a chair and got my water bottle.I drink a little bit and then I wondered around the room i was.I was on my first training to become mafia someday.I watched all the people chat.Then the boy who set in the corner catch my sign.He wore black suit and his eyes were covered by his hair,he looked,maybe like 14 years old.No one talk to him.

Maybe I should.

I got up and started to walk towards him.

"Hey." I said.

He just looked up at me.

"You want water?" I asked and pull out my hand with my water bottle.

He nodded and got the water bottle and drink water.i set on the floor next to him.

"I'm Jake." I smiled and put out my hand for him to shake it.

He first looked at my hand then at my eyes and smile,and i smiled wider.

He shakes my hand and said "Valentino."

The ambulance came.From the ambulance came outside very beautiful woman.She had dark brown hair and brown eyes.She was tall as Seth who stood next to me.She got out and scan the both of us.

"Where is the injured person you called for?" She asked,her voice was so soft.

"This way ma'am." I said and started to walk inside,and she followed.

We came to the room but Valentino stood there.

What the fuck is he doing here?!

We stopped walking and I turned towards the doctor...She was starting at Valentino and he stared at her too.Then the doctor coughed and Valentino opened the door and she got in,and we went in the room after her."What's wrong,what happened?" She asked but no one of me and Valentino replied.
