THE WEDDING

Chapter 5

(3rd P.O.V.)

Gale opened the door to her room, & let Joe in behind her. The others were laughing about a dumb joke that Tootie had made. Gale cleared her throat, grabbing the attention of the girls(& non-binary). Joe waved at them "Sorry I'm a little late guys! I had a few. . . problems before I got here. . ." Joe said, darting her eyes to the side a little & ears lowering slightly. Tootie gave a soft smile yet worried "Do you want to talk about it?" "N-no, I'm good! Let's just get this party started!" Joe said, putting on a happy smile that seemed genuine to pretty much everybody in the room, all except Tootie & Marsh.

Gale smiled "Alright! Joe, you can sit next to Tootie & Marsh!" She said, pretending like she didn't know that Marsh wasn't slightly death glaring her. "Okay" Joe walked over & plopped right in between the two. "Now that everyone is here, I have the first game of the night, Truth or Dare!" Gale announced. "Rule #1 is that you must follow through with any question or dare, unless you want Justin bieber karaoke~" Joe made an odd hissing noise, which sounded weird since wolfs don't normally hiss "I HATE BIEBER!!!" she squeaked out. Everyone agreed with her on that.

"Rule #2, you can't do the same dare twice in a row" everyone nodded "& rule #3, No porn shit! *Cough*Tootie*Cough*" kermit & Joe laughed hysterically as everyone else looked over at her with an unimpressed look. Tootie let out an over dramatic gasp "AW MAN! That was all I had!!" she said in a sarcastic manner, making everybody else laugh. "Let's settle down, & get this show on the road! hehehe-" Gale gigled. Kermit went first "Ruby, truth or dare?" they said in a slightly annoying kermit impression. "Dare" "I dare you to run outside & scream at the top of your lungs!" Kermit said. "Easy"

Ruby ran out of Gale's room, & before they even made it to Gale's door, there was a loud ass shriek. 27 seconds later, Ruby came back in with a victorious smirk. "I wasn't expecting that. . ." Kermit said, rubbing the back of her neck. They all laughed together. "My turn now! Gale, truth or Dare?" Ruby asked. "Dare, I'm no coward." Gale replied. "I Dare you to jump into the shower, with your clothes on, & on the coldest setting!" Gale rolled her eyes, "Sure thing pal" Gale got up & went to the bathroom, having almost everyone in the room follow her, besides Joe & Marsh.

"Why didn't you go with?" Joe asked. Marsh blinked a little, not realizing she was talking to them. "O-oh! Um. . . I just thought I would. . . Um. . . Keep you company?" Marsh said, making it sound more like a question rather than an answer. Joe shrugged "Fine by me, though wouldn't you rather spend time with the others?" She said tilting her head to the side. Marsh just turned a little red while facing away from Joe a little bit. Joe was oblivious to Marsh's red tinted cheeks, & waited for an answer from them. Marsh quietly cleared their & looked in Joe's direction.

"I'm fine with just talking to you!" Marsh said, maybe a little loud though. Joe shrugged & was about to say something, till she was interrupted by the sound of Gale yelling 'COLD!!' multiple times & laughter of the other girl's. Marsh let a hand trail to their face, as they shook their head slightly. Joe chuckled softly to herself, wondering how she had made such awesome friends. The girl's got back, laughing pretty hard. "*Wheeze* T-that was, pfft, hahaha, h-hilarious!!!" Tootie laughed while holding her stomach. following in behind her was a soaking wet Gale, who had an unimpressed look upon her face. "You good?" Joe asked while raising an eyebrow, a slight giggle leaving the wolf's mouth.

"I-i'm f-f-fine. I'm-m going to g-get some n-new cloth-th's on" She said walking to her dresser & grabbed a baggy white shirt & a pair of basketball shorts. Once she was done, she came back & sat down. "Alright! Now that I'm done , Joe, Truth or Dare?" Gale asked. Joe thought for a moment, she hadn't done a dare yet, & all of them were probably waiting for her to chose. "uuh. . . Dare, I guess?" Joe said, making her words sound more like a question rather than an answer. Gale made a thinking face, though she already knew what she was gonna say. "I dare you. . . Aha, sit on Marsh's lap!" she said, getting everybody else to do that 'OOooOoOOOooOoOoHHhhH'. Marsh, who had magically gotten a water bottle out of nowhere, spat out the water they were drinking.
