Danny Gonzalez looked at the spiffing knife in his hands and felt stable.

He walked over to the window and reflected on his old-fashioned surroundings. He had always loved magical Kurtistown with its lonely, loopy lush trees. It was a place that encouraged his tendency to feel stable.

Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Kurtis Conner. Kurtis was a thoughtful Doug Judy with pointy fingers and scrawny eyes.

Danny gulped. He glanced at his own reflection. He was a gentle, special, La Croix drinker with beautiful fingers and ample eyes. His friends saw him as a jolly Jake Peralta. Once, he had even saved a horrible owl that was stuck in a drain.

But not even a gentle person who had once saved a horrible owl that was stuck in a drain, was prepared for what Kurtis had in store today.

The drizzle rained like hopping gerbils, making Danny happy.

As Danny stepped outside and Kurtis came closer, he could see the different smile on his face.

"I am here because I want peace," Kurtis bellowed, in an adorable tone. He slammed his fist against Danny's chest, with the force of 1150 aardvarks. "I frigging love you, Danny Gonzalez."

Danny looked back, even more happy and still fingering the spiffing knife. "Kurtis, be nice to me, it's the law," he replied.

They looked at each other with ecstatic feelings, like two tan, terrible tortoises walking at a very brave Christmas, which had Pitbull music playing in the background and Drew Gooden shouting to the beat.

Suddenly, Kurtis lunged forward and tried to punch Danny in the face. Quickly, Danny grabbed the spiffing knife and brought it down on Kurtis's skull.

Kurtis's pointy fingers trembled and his scrawny eyes wobbled. He looked healthy, his body raw like a relieved, ratty rock.

Then he let out an agonising groan and collapsed onto the ground. Moments later Kurtis Conner was dead.

Danny Gonzalez went back inside and made himself a nice drink of La Croix.
