Kirin's gone and now it's just me and a door. Kaoru's waiting, I should go. I open the door slightly. It's a group of girls, all split up around the room. I don't see Kaoru. I open the door more, I can't see behind or the teacher's desk. I peak over the door. Nothing. No pink hair. "Looking for me?" Two hands are on my shoulders. I jump a bit, that was uncalled for...I turn around.

"Yeah, Kirin told me you were waiting for me." I squeak. She smiles and pushes me into the room softly with her hands on my back.

"Yo, this is Ruka. Treat her like she's your little sister." I look up to Kaoru. She looks serious. When I look down all the girls look at Kaoru with a face of concern then multiple come up to me. Kaoru pats my head and sits at the teacher's desk with her legs stretched across the table.

"Hi, Ruka! I'm Meiki. Are you new?" Meiki asks. She looks really kind. He's wearing a bodysuit. I believe that's against the rules but she looks good so does it really matter?

"Yeah, I don't know where to go for class and I don't know if Kaoru will let me..." I whisper. He bends down lower to whisper as well.

"I think she wants your schedule before going with her." I process her words for a second. Then I look at him.

"Go with her?" I'm confused, what does that have to do with my schedule?

"Yeah," Meiki says softly, "I'll explain when you get your schedule." He turns around. "Aye! Juno!" Someone stands up looking at Meiki. Guess that's Juno. "Get her schedule." She looks back at me as Juno mumbles something before walking out. "Okay, Sis Juno gotcha covered!" I vacantly look at Meiki.

"...Big sis?" I tilt my head slightly. Meiki nods her head.

"Yup! Like a family! We'll protect you." Meiki pats my shoulders and turns around. He yells at some of the girls for not doing their work, apparently. The other two girls that were waiting patiently behind Meiki come up.

"Yo. I'm Koneko. This is Emini." They point to the person directly next to them. Koneko is wearing a soft jacket and Emini is wearing a dark green dress, around the same color as the carpet in the Main Office. But without the other colors like the carpet, it looks great on them. Emini nods their head and holds out her hand. They have a piece of candy in her hand.

"Oh, for me?" She nods. "Thanks!" I like candy a lot. I instantly like Emini. "Wow, tastes good!" They nod and close their eyes and smile. She opens their eyes and skips over to the spot Juno was in. Koneko looks back at me.

"Emini's mute." I nod my head. "They were happy you liked their candy, she makes it with their mom." I smile.

"That's sweet." I say. Koneko laughs.

"Unintended pun. Fun. But anyways, the boss seems to like you." They look over to Kaoru. "I don't know what you did to get it but keep it up." They walk over to their original spot after saying something to Emini. Like me? She does act differently I guess. Don't know her well enough. But they all do seem like a family. All running over the place talking to each other, helping with homework, sharing video games. The door opens spooking me and Juno walks in yawning with papers in their hands.

"Nice, Juno!" Meiki runs over and takes the papers. Juno waves to me before sitting next to Emini. Meiki runs over to Kaoru. They check over it before Meiki waves me over. "Okay, you're set! you have about five minutes to get to class, luckily your first teach comes fifteen minutes late!..Always." She stares off into space with a frown. Meiki snaps out of it and faces me. "Anyways, make sure to get there before he does!" He runs off to the other girls and forces some of them out, I think some of them don't have first hours. The ones getting pushed out look to be first years.

"Come on, Ruka." Kaoru puts a jacket on and grabs my arm as we walk out. She looks at the schedule."We have English first." She walks down the halls. A lot of students are walking now. They move out of the way for Kaoru but close once she's a few meters away. A group of four are talking about someone's cat named Elton John. No idea how I picked that up but I'll take it. Multiple kids are staring at me. I try to keep up with Kaoru but she's fast and a lot of people are trying to talk to me. I keep saying "Excuse me" and "Parden me" but in the end, I have to push them out of the way. For a short second, I find Kaoru. I gasp when I see her Pink hair and grab onto her jacket. She turns around. She looks like she'd kill me. Her face softens when she sees it's me. "Keep up." She continues to walk as I hold onto her. She stops and I hit into her due to having to run to "Keep up" with her. I'm still holding onto her but now I'm clinging, about to fall. She grabs hold of me and picks me up and turns me to face the door. I didn't know I was that light. "It's like you're a cat." She says. She grabs my arm and she opens to doors. "Where do you wanna sit, Cat." I look up at her.

"Cat?"

"You're like a cat." She says firmly.

"Fine." I conclude.

"When did you have a choice on what I call you?"

"It's my name."

"And it was a rhetorical question." She smirks and looks at the seats. "Pick." I grab her sleeve and walk over to the window seat. I feel someone smack my head with a pen.

"Yo! Wassup!" Kirin was behind us.

"Hey, Kirin." I turn around to face him. "What's up? I thought you had to get to class early and we came much later and still got in on time..?"

"Ah, it's cause I wanted to sit here." She pats his spot like he has known it all her life.

"I see. Why do you like it so much?" He's now petting it.

"'Cause this seat has such a nice indent for my ass." She says and closes her eyes as if he just told us a very intriguing poem. I stare at Kirin for a few seconds. I was so shocked I forgot to reply oops.

"...Fair enough," I say and turn to face the teacher's desk as he walks in and pauses. "I forgot my coffee." He states. He marches out with a very serious look.
