You turn covering your naked body.
His rough hands rubbing your side and pulling you into his warm embrace.

You took his cigarette from his mouth taking a pull.
His eyes looked down at you as the smallest of smiles he could offer snuck across his face.
You looked into his bright eyes.
You felt the deep sadness and caressed him.
A slow exhale pulled from his lips as he leaned into your touch, warm and inviting.
"Am I selfish?"
"Huh?" You responded to his comment; another cloud of smoke fills the room.
"Am I selfish y/n?" He asks again putting his cigarette out in the ceramic ash tray.
You moved your hand to your chin stroking in,
"Of course not...why ask that?"
He shrugs and closes his eyes.
"Maybe my quest for revenge is selfish..." He says rubbing your cheek with his bandaged thumb.
"Shh ...I don't care...I know what I signed up for...and I'll be here till the end."
You smile softly as the warm night breeze brushed against your skin.
"You know I -"
You put your finger to his lips.
"Sh, I don't care..." you repeat to him as your lips replace your finger.
He held your body to his, he tasted like cigarettes but you didn't mind.
His taste, his smell was familiar which brought you comfort .You pull away and nuzzle his neck,
"I love you Hayakawa Aki..." you whisper closing your eyes hearing a faint I love you more from his lips.
"I love you too y/n.."
You shot up in your dark room wind howling as the windows fly open.
You wipe the beads of sweat that formed on your face and laid back down turning to your left.

Your lip quivered as you clutch the pillow, tears spill. Your heart squeezed as you silently sobbed, trying to be mindful for your neighbors.
You reached out to his side of the bed for his pillow;Aki's pillow.
You curled into a fetal position holding the dense clump of fabric just to simulate how he felt in your arms once again.
You closed your eyes but you could only hear your own solitary heartbeat.
You inhale the remaining smell of the pillow trying to lull yourself back into your beautiful dream.
I'll just pretend you're still here as long as my eyes are closed, the world can be what I want it.
