A chilly sensation passed through Sasuke's heart. When he looked back, he realized that without Itachi, Naruto, and this Leaf Village his life would have been a total mess. He returned because he knew his loved ones are waiting for him. Even if his Father never showed much affection, deep down he had felt that one day his father will acknowledge him. And to make that happen he has finally RETURNED TO THE LEAF VILLAGE.

Naruto was so happy seeing his friend has finally returned.

A long-awaited reunion that is.

All classes were over. Sakura and Sasuke were waiting in the classroom for Kakashi-sensei to show up. He's always late and that's not a new thing. But the real new thing was, Sakura in an empty classroom and that too with

Anxiety was eating her from inside. One bad impression and she was done for.

'What do I do? Should I say 'Hi'? Or should I just smile at him? Should ask him where he was? He won't answer any of my questions anyway. Does he even remember my name? Maybe I should just stay quiet? But this silence is eating me?' Sakura's mind was flooded with hell a lot of questions 'If someone doesn't speak up, I'm gonna die from suffocation for sure.'

While she was having a counseling session with her inner-self,  the door got slammed and a panting figure walked in. Yes, it's Kakashi-sensei.

"There you are, I'm sorry am I too late?" Kakashi-sensei said he was still panting. Did he run off from a marathon or something?

"Not really, but we waited for 20 minutes though," Sasuke said nonchalantly. Which caused Kakashi's one eyebrow raise up.

"Well never mind, I appreciate you waited, so here are your notes. Check once and tell me if you need anything more" while saying this Kakashi-sensei handover some pages to Sasuke and Sakura.

"Until then, Sakura can I get some water?" He really did run off from the marathon.

"Sure!" Sakura gave him her water bottle. Just when he was about to take a sip, the door slammed again.

"There you are my youthful rival" a tall man having black-bowl style hair and awfully thick brows appeared.

"Gai sensei!" Sakura exclaimed in surprise.

Now she realized why this silver-haired masked man was panting so much. He must have run the same as the marathon level to ditch Gai sensei. Not that he hates him or anything but for a lazy man like him, having such an energetic rival-kum-colleague is next level drag.

Kakashi-sensei was trying to say something, but before he could, Gai sensei grabbed his shoulder shaking it vigorously. While The pinkette was staring at them with a "WTH" expression and Sasuke had his tiny little smirk on.

They were babbling something and all you could listen to was 'youthful, youth, youth with extra forced on various letters', and yeah that's all.

Then Gai sensei turned his eyes towards the new unfamiliar figure.

"Isn't that our youthful little Sasuke?" Gai sensei said forcing one letter from each word.
