Violet's p.o.v.

Ryder and the girl talked and I went off into my own little world, it's ok they know me there hahaha. I couldn't help but look at her just to see if she would end up being one of those queen B bitchy kind of girl.

She had dazzling rose pink eyes that seemed to sparkle, short black hair that stopped just above her shoulders. With bangs that almost met her eyes. She was wearing dark skinny jeans with a black Sleeping With Sirens tshirt.

I had to admit, the girl looked cool, maybe having her as a roommate wouldn't be so bad.

I happened to look up to see Ryder staring at me with a cocky smirk on his face. Oh god! Those lips were just so... ugh! stop V!

I mentally smacked myself realizing the girl was looking at me too. "Uh...hi?" I gave her an awkward wave. YAY!!!! Score one for me looking stupid.

The girl gave me a big smile, not those ones where they are just pretending to be all skittles and rainbows, you know?...No? Okay.

"Hi I am Julia, but you can call me jewels!" She grinned. I swear I have never seen someone so...bubbly?...Happy? I don't even know, but it was kind of contagious.

I smiled at her and nodded, "I'm Violet, nice to meet you." I said.

"Oh I know, this butt munch over here told me." She rolls her eyes at him when he glares at her.

Butt munch? Who calls someone else a butt munch? Hell what the heck is one in the first place? I bit my lip instantly trying to cage in the fit of giggles rising to my lips.

He glared at Jewels one last time before walking off down the hall. "Love you to butt munch!" She yelled after him.

Turning around she giggled, "brothers...what can you do with them?" She laughed.

Brother? So Ryder was her brother... I guess I could see the resemblance. As if pressure was lifted off my body, I felt myself being in a much more enjoyable mood.

"Ready to see our dorm roomie?" Jewels asked. "Yea." I nodded and followed her into the room. To say it was a room would be lying. I walked into what seemed to be a decently sized, but cozy living room.

There was a flat screen tv with a surround sound shelf against the wall by the door. A dark wooden coffee table and black couch with blue and black pillows were across from it. I noticed the walls were blue and matched the pillows.

To the left side of the couch was a door with a hot pink and black skull on it, I'm guessing that's Jewels' room.

To the right side was another door, but nothing was on it. As I walked further in I noticed a small kitchen in the back corner, and a third door across from it with a blue swirly S on it.

"Sky! Hurry up and come meet our new roommate!" Jewels yelled and I covered my ears. I hope she wasn't this loud in the mornings.

The door with the S on it opened and a girl stepped out. She had long, wavy, sunkissed brown hair, with dark blue highlights peaking out. Her eyes were an amazing sapphire blue, and she wore white shorts with a dark green long sleeved shirt.

"Skylar this is Violet, Violet this is Skylar." Jewels introduced us and Skylar smiled sweetly nodding, "call me sky if you want."

I nod and smile back. We all ended up on the couch talking and laughing at stupid things. It was as if we already knew each other.
