I am grateful to M. Night Shyamalan for his depiction of Dissasociative identity disorder (DID) as there are not many movies displaying the disorder.

This Fanfiction will be taking place between the time "Sept 2014" and the movie's posting year "2016". This would be the time leading up to the Beast's creation and when Barry 'loses time', and Kevin starts to fade slightly. This is after "last thing I remember is getting on a bus," so basically before the movie's setting date. Let me know if this makes sense.
There will be no Casey, and no kidnappping of the girls because as of this fanfiction, the Beast has not been created yet, and Patricia has just begun to talk about him now.
It's an alternate universe, with some of the original story but a lot of it is my spin-off. I don't like how the movie and many of the other Fanfictions I've read, don't give Kevin his due HEA, so hopefully I'll be able to incorporate that.
I'll be changing a lot of personalities to make it more lovey dovey, but there will be some elements of the original personalities. Just imagine all the personalities falling in love with a girl, it's gonna be cute, okay?!
It's still a book about Disassociative Identity Disorder (DID) so rarely will it be only about Kevin.
Avery (the love interest) may seem similar to Casey, she has a little bit of history that's same but she's different, okay? She is nice and kind and not manipulative, okay?
