Today, I was informed that a famous chef and gastronomer, Alexander Bonk, will visit Avilon to try out our cuisine. We have many local delicacies, like Sweet Spaghetti Soup, Fruity Mashed Potatoes, Fish and Tomato Rice Chowder, Shredded Cucumbers in Sour Cream, and many more. He'll also attempt to prepare some of the culinary classics of Avilon, and also cook us some dishes from the rest of the world. I was tasked by Cynthia to prepare some of the local classics. I began by preparing the simplest classic dish: Caviar Sandwiches. Butter is spread on fresh and delicious bread, and a layer of fish eggs, more commonly known as roe or caviar, is placed over the bread and butter. Since sturgeons, salmon, and other species of fish are abundant in Avilon, caviar is way less expensive here than in the rest of the world and is not considered a delicacy. I prepared two sandwiches, one with sturgeon caviar and the other with salmon caviar. I then prepared all of the other dishes mentioned here, and also made my beloved Spicy Fish Spaghetti. It was a feast fit for a king. I told Soo Min Young about the chef's visit. She said: "Alexander Bonk doesn't sound like a real name. Plus, why did he choose the Church as his first destination to visit? That's a bit sussy! Make sure to keep your eyes on him, Cry. He could've decided to come here not to stir up dough, but to stir up trouble, after all." Many of my friends agreed that he seemed very suspicious. When I asked Cynthia for more intel on Mr. Bonk, she said: "The only things I know about him are that he's not an Avilon native, he's a world-famous chef and gastronomer, and that Alexander Bonk is his real name, not a pseudonym. However, even if these things are untrue, don't worry, daughter. Everything is gonna be okay. Plus, if he does decide to do something illegal or disrespectful, we can have him deported back to where he came from, so, there's no need to worry about the fact that he may end up actually being a spy, a criminal, or something else like this." I was surprised that Cynthia seemed so relaxed about a suspicious foreigner with a really strange name entering the country, however, I just decided to pass it off as her being the kind of person who's almost never suspicious of anyone and is overly trusting. After a while, Mr. Bonk arrived. I was waiting for him, and, when he entered, greeted him and welcomed him to the table with a dramatic and old-fashioned, but polite gesture. He greeted me as well and sat down to eat. After finishing his feast, he said: "Oh, my...This is delicious! Avilon's cuisine is absolutely mind-blowing! These have certainly been some of the most delicious dishes I've eaten in quite a while! By the way, lovely lady, can I drink some Enhancer Potions? They're Avilon's specialty ingredient, after all!" I brought him a box of Enhancer Potions of all types, one of each type. He quickly downed all the potions and said: "So delicious! It's absolutely unbelievable how strength-enhancing supplements can be so wondrously tasty! It's way better than the diarrhea-inducing old sushi I had at that 1-star restaurant, that's for sure." I thanked him for his compliments towards both my cooking skills and the traditional cuisine of my nation. In response, he said: "You're welcome, lovely lady. By the way, is there a guest room here? I think I've eaten too much, and I need some rest to properly digest all of it." I guided him to the guest room and let him rest. When I left the guest room, I saw a handsome young man. He greeted me and introduced himself as Vergil. I introduced myself to him. He had a very pleasant voice, unlike many of the voices I've heard. His outfit was elegant and dignified. It outlined his gorgeous figure, and made him look even more amazing. His shiny silver hair was in an elegant hairstyle, and his green eyes that shined like precious emeralds were captivating. He cast his glance upon me and smirked seductively. I turned red as a tomato and looked away. He asked me: "Is something wrong?" I reassured him that everything was okay. I was stuttering, as his irresistible charm was overwhelming. I kept trying to contain myself, but, I just couldn't, and I left. When Cynthia saw me, embarrassed with my face red as a tomato, she asked me: "Oh, my! Your face is all red! Is something wrong, daughter? Are you having a fever? If you're having a fever, I'll call the doctor." I told her that I'm not having a fever, and that I just saw a handsome man and blushed. When she heard this, she asked: "Ooh, so you're in love with a boy! That's so cute. It seems that little Crystalia has grown up, he-he! Who is the boy you fell in love with?" I told her that it's Vergil. In response, she told me: "Oh, so it's the new boy. I agree that he's kind of charming, but, he's too young for me. I'm 43 and he's 21, after all." I was relieved that Cynthia wasn't going to steal my crush and told her what I thought about him. She replied: "High school sweethearts! How adorable! And it's even more adorable that you love him so much! I'll certainly have to tell Sigmund and Theodoric about it! They'll love to hear that you, my beloved daughter, has a future husband! Hehe~" By the way, Sigmund and Theodoric are two of Cynthia's friends. They're both chunky, hunky, and bulky steroid addict-looking guys. They also think the whole "teen love" thing is cute, however, it'll certainly be embarrassing if they and Cynthia will be giggling about it, especially if the entirety of the Church finds out afterwards. I decided to keep my mouth shut, though. Cynthia can't be dissuaded when it comes to such things. I walked back to my room. On the way there, I saw Vergil holding a massive bouquet of flowers. "I've bought this bouquet for you to make up for that awkward encounter. Sorry if I made you uncomfortable. Have this bouquet. I ordered it to be custom-made for you." I thanked him for the bouquet. Cynthia approached us and saw me holding the bouquet. She said: "Awww, so cute! I'll certainly have to tell all my friends about this~" When Vergil saw Cynthia, he said: "Hello, Holy Mother. Are you in need of my assistance?" Cynthia responded: "No, it's okay. It's just so cute that my darling Crystalia is in love with you! I just wanted to have a look at you two together, that's all." Vergil laughed awkwardly, obviously uncomfortable because of Cynthia's behavior. After giving me the bouquet, Vergil left, and I went to my room. That was a wonderful day!
