Something I find interesting about Examity (Exousia and Calamity) is how differently they act on a moral standpoint. Especially when it comes to how they treat people and/or persuade people.
Both of them are somewhat manipulative, but their tactics are different...
Exousia: uses insecurity, weaknesses, and fears to get what he wants
Calamity: uses confidence and kindness, along with feelings of "intimacy" (closeness) to get what he wants
Another thing is Kardia "their" child
Here's what would happen if she was only the child of ONE of them:
Exousia: he would have raised her to do his bidding, and use her powers to take over the universe and create whatever he wanted... She's a God of Creation after all
Calamity: Honor the code of the universe. Raise her to be a rational god of creation, ready to do anything to keep the balance. Make her understand that she HAS to create things, even if her "father" (Calamity) has to destroy things (LUCKILY this is the canon dynamic)
Another thing is their personalities in general...
Exousia: hateful, cowardly, brutal, insecure, hard to predict, and paranoid. He will do whatever it takes for power and respect, even if it's at the sake of billions of souls. If you so much as look at him wrong, he will torture and/or kill you (in some moods, and if he can). Not to mention he's malcontent... Meaning no matter what he'll never be truly satisfied. He'll always want more.
Calamity: clear minded, logical, and consistent. Does what's best for the universe and The Divines. Even if he cares about you a LOT, if you are a danger to existence, he will kill you as soon as possible. Though he's not brutal, he'll most likely make it quick.
But yeah I just find that interesting, don't mind me!!
