Another day went by, and the classwork got harder and harder. The only two things I was looking forward to are 1) my meetings with Jin and 2) lunch. But one of them would have to leave...
Fifth period, after a long lesson of understanding nothing, we went to the lunch room, and Jin was in line again.
However, when I walked up to get my food, it wasn't food at all; it was nasty, grey, tasteless slop. Literally. Grey slop. I almost puked. Everyone got their food and I was absolutely dreading it.
Luckily for me, Jin came up to me and said, "You wanna eat lunch with me?" He then dropped to a whisper, "I don't care what Jimin, Namjoon, or anyone says, you don't have to eat that crap."
"Thank you."
Seokjin walked into the back and came back with two steaming plates of fettuccine alfredo. The smell alone made my mouth water. I sat down with him, and we had yet another very pleasant conversation. The food was amazing, and I made sure to thank him profusely.
He said, "From now on, you can eat lunch in here with me."
And from then on, nothing could wipe the smile off my face.

As soon as Alice went back to class, Seokjin stood up from his seat and made his way to Hoseok's office.
However, when he stepped in the doorway, Hobi, Namjoon, and Jimin were in there looking three different levels of irritated. Namjoon signaled for Jimin to leave and he did so.
Namjoon spoke bluntly, "What did you do that for, Seokjin? I am the leader goshdangit! I understand that she is your little pet, but I expect her to eat the same food as every other student! I will not be disrespected, do you understand?"
Jin chuckled to himself. He replied, "First of all, she is everyone's pet. And second, maybe you should serve them better food then!"
Namjoon slammed his fist on Hoseok's desk and raised his voice, "We have worked long and hard on this mission, and I will not let you ruin it!"
Jin started to get angry, "You may be the leader, but I am the oldest; I will NOT take orders from you!"
"Get out," Namjoon muttered.
"What?"
"GET OUT!" he shouted. As Seokjin walked away, Namjoon said, "Don't get too attached to her. Everything is going to change, and you will not be able to stop it."

I got so distracted, there's one person I forgot about.
We weren't doing anything in World History (technically Chinese History) so our teacher Mrs. Adams let me go to the library.
I stepped in there and immediately felt bad when I saw Jordan sitting in a chair. I sat next to him and whispered, "Hey, Jordan."
He ignored me and continued to 'read' his book. He doesn't even read.
I looked over at him. "Jordan, look, I'm sorry for pushing you away the other day. I was just really upset and I shouldn't have done that."
"What happened?" he grumbled.
"I got written up for something I didn't do. Mr. Min slapped me across the face and sent me to the counselor's office."
"Is that why the fight broke out?"
"Yeah, I'm sorry," that's the second time I've said that to him.
He put his book down and cast his face towards me. "It's okay, I'm not mad." I breathed a sigh of relief.
