Jimin's POV
She was not able to cope with the suspense, so she pouted and I found it so adorable that I couldn't hold myself from cupping her cheeks and kiss on her forehead.
I remembered, I still didn't propose her. I was so deep in my thought that as she said let's enjoy the food, I came back to reality and ate pizza. While eating, she enjoyed the pizza so much that I couldn't stop staring at her face as she looked even more adorable. We both enjoyed the food and she paid for food even when I was going to treat her. I even find this side of her cute but mature at the same time. We hugged and parted as I went to hang out in the park and she went to her office as lunchtime was over.
[SOMEWHERE IN A PUBLIC PARK]
It was 2 pm, so I had 4 hours more. I sat on the bench and started planning for proposing to her birthday, which is at the end of next week. So it will be the perfect timing to propose to her. This will make her happy too. I am assured that she likes me a lot, so I hope for her to say yes to me.
I sat on the bench planning and chilling that I didn't even realize that it was 5:30 pm. So I took a cab and went to her office. I stood outside her office waiting for her. I saw her coming out of the building and she came running towards me, hugged me and I hugged her back. She broke the hug and we walked towards her car. She unlocked the car and as she opened the driver's seat door, I closed it and asked for the keys.
She showed me a 'what's wrong' look, I said "you don't know where I am talking you so give me the keys". Without any objection, she gave me her car keys and I opened the door for her to the front seat and closed it. I sat in the driver's seat and we drove off.
When she saw we were going to the outskirts of the city, she asked me, "where are we even going away from the city?" I said, "you will know about it in a few minutes."
We stopped in front of a ford showroom and went inside. The manager welcomed us and I said, "can you show me towards the Ford Mustang section". I turned my head towards her and saw her eyes glittering with awe in her face look, I asked, "you are here for to buy a mustang for me and I need your help in it."
Y/n: "Car expert at your service."
I giggled softly, "yes, I heard that you like this car just like me and you have more knowledge about it, so I thought to get your help to do the customization and choose which model is good." I said, and she was shocked how I knew about this info. So I answered, "I heard it from my mom, so don't look so shocked". She said, "okay, as you need my expertise, I will help u with my knowledge about it". She then asked, "but don't you have a car already?" I said, "no, that car was my father's".
We spend an hour there deciding the car model, car's colour, customizations and her taste in car was superb that the after look was so good, I couldn't believe how fabulous my car will look. After looking at the look, she made a 'how's does it look' face and I smiled and hugged her, showing my appreciation towards her for the help. She asked me," do u like it?"
I said it looks perfect, just like you.
She blushed after I said such a cheesy line. I couldn't believe that I said a cheesy line and I felt a bit embarrassed. Then I said to the manager, finalize this car with the customizations. He said it will be ready in a week, so when it is ready we will call you.
Sir, can u fill up the information so that we can proceed with the payment, so I gave the information they needed and we both left.
She was feeling tired, so I drove the car, but we were stuck in the traffic. I just glanced off to see her sleeping peaceful like a baby and she looked too adorable. I couldn't stop myself from watching her being so cute, so I kissed her forehead. She flinched a bit but went back to sleep.
As we were near her house, she softly said I love you, my puppy eyed lover Jimin in her sleep. I just couldn't get enough of her being so cute and the confession made me so much assured that I couldn't stop my heart from beating so fast like it will come out of the cage. We reached her house, but she was in deep sleep. I parked the car and lifted her in bridal style and knocked her house. Her mom opened the door and I asked where her room was? And her mom pointed towards the upstairs on the right, so I took her upstairs to her room and laid her in her bed and covered her with a blanket. I caressed her cheeks, brushed her hair off her face and kissed her forehead. She smiled and I thought she must be dreaming something good. I glanced at her once more and closed her door, then went downstairs.
Her parents were waiting for an explanation, as they never saw her in this condition. I sat with them in the living room and started explaining, "she was helping me with some work and after my work finished she was feeling exhausted so she slept while I drove her here. She was in deep sleep, so I took her to her room. Her parent's confusion was cleared, so they sighed in relief. As it was getting late, I bid them farewell and left. I went home and ate late night snacks while watching television. My eyes felt heavy, so they closed.
