A week after Shen Wei's condition is stabilized, she had another surgery. Before the surgery, Zhao Yunlan assured her that she will be fine for this time. Zhao Yunlan accompanied her till the nurses pushed her to the surgery room. When she asked about the donor, Zhao Yunlan told that someone came willingly to be a donor for her bone marrow but that donor didn't want to tell the name.

At first, Shen Wei was curious over her husband if her husband is that donor. But then Zhao Yunlan said that donor is a girl, then she sighed in relief. Unknowingly to her that Zhao Yunlan lied to her for her sake. Shen parents, Mr. Zhao, Lin and Yezhun as well as Dr. Cheng and the other nurses just admitted to Zhao Yunlan's words about that donor as Zhao Yunlan's requested.

And today, Shen Wei woke up without Zhao Yunlan at her side made her feels uneasy. She keeps asking to her mother and father that taking care of her in the ward after a week of the surgery. But her parents just trying to calm her down while making a lie with telling her that Zhao Yunlan has a class trip for a week, can't wait for her to wake up.

''I don't believe on your words, father. You lied to me, right? Yunlan will not leave me alone at here. He will stay at my side and he will skip his class to not leave me alone,'' Shen Wei said as she can't believe on her parent's words.

''But you are not alone. He knows that we are here to take care of you. That's why he asked us to accompany you at here, Wei,'' Mrs. Shen tried to lie again with her persuasion.

Shen Wei shakes her head.

''Even you are here, he will be at here too, mother! He will not leave me just a day,'' Shen Wei can't believe of her mother's words.

Mrs. Shen look at Dr. Cheng at Shen Wei's side that wanted to calm down Shen Wei. Then, she looks at Mr. Shen that sighing now.

''Wei, if you said we are lying, what do you think now? What is it that you thought we are lying?'' Mr. Shen tested.

Shen Wei silents.

''Yunlan... He is that donor, right?'' Shen Wei guessed.

Mrs. Shen swallows hard as she looks at her husband and Dr. Cheng. Mr. Shen sighs again.

''Then, what if he is?'' Mr. Shen asked again as he saw Shen Wei stopped her crying now to think of that possibility if Zhao Yunlan is that donor.

''Is that true, father?'' Shen Wei asked back to get a confirmation.

''I didn't say it's true. I just asked you, what if he is? What will you do? Will you cry and let out your tantrum over his decision? Or you want to be sad again, frustrated and give up your life to know that?'' Mr. Shen kept asking to make Shen Wei thinks rationally for her current situation now.

Shen Wei silents. She keeps thinking over her heart feeling. Yes! She will be sad and frustrated as she knows the consequences of donating the second time of bone marrow in a short of period. Mr. Shen sighs again and he hints to Mrs. Shen and Dr. Cheng to step back as he walks closer to Shen Wei and he sits on the edge of bed to face his elder daughter.

''Wei, let me tell you something in our life especially in your life. I know you do love him so much. I know he does the same to you. And I know you didn't want him to be sick. You thought of yourself to make him healthy and can take care of you, not to leave you for a second. But Wei, aren't you consider what's his feeling when you can't accept his decision to save you? Can you consider his decision to make you healthy back and be safe? Will you mad at him to make that decision? Can't you accept him for whatever happened to him after he saved you?'' Mr. Shen kept asking.

''Father, what do you mean by that? Is that true? Yunlan... Is he... Father, how is he doing?'' Shen Wei asked back as she started to be curious more and more about her husband.
