As soon as I saw the time I quickly brushed my teeth and took a shower.
I texted Amy on the way to the office to get me a caramel macchiato and sandwich coz I didn't get to eat breakfast.
I was in with the design department for most of the time today since we wanted to finish up with the main fashion line quickly and get on with the store stocks.
We were able to complete one more dress before the lunch break.
During lunch break~ I was at the office's cafeteria waiting for my lunch when someone tapped my shoulder.
I looked around to find Hyunjin standing with a smile plastered on his face.
"What are you doing here?"- I asked him.
"Let's go on a date!"- he said.
"A what?"- I asked him shocked I couldn't believe my ears.
"Since you agreed to give me one more chance I thought we should date for a month before the marriage and get to know each other kinda. So I asked your dad for leave for the rest of the day today. I'll take you home now so that we both can get ready and then we'll leave by 7 cool?"- he explained everything.
To be honest I think it was a very sweet gesture but I shouldn't let my guard down.
I can't forget about my plan.
I just nodded in response.
After lunch, I went back home and sorted out my outfit for the date.
This was the first date of my life. Yes you heard me right.
You might be wondering what about that boyfriend I had in high school.
Well he was just a friend whom I had asked to pretend to be my boyfriend in front of Hyunjin.
So we never really dated or anything.
I got ready and I wore this. A simple yet elegant dress with a white cropped shirt.

I went down at 7 pm sharp to see Hyunjin waiting for me on the sofa.
"She's looking so hot"- Hyunjin said.
"What?"- I asked him kinda chuckling at his reaction.
"Did I say that out loud?"- he asked me shocked.
"Yes you did"- I said clenching my stomach since I couldn't hold my laughter anymore.
He just scratched his nape in embarrassment and walked up to me.
"Not like I lied tho"- he said while smirking.
I froze again just like I had when he pinned me to the door.
But I soon snapped out of those thoughts and looked down so as to hide my burning cheeks from him.
"I'll be at the car"- he said with a wink and went away.
I got out and locked the door and then got into the car beside Hyunjin.
"So where are we going?"- I asked him.
"You'll find out soon"- he said and started the car.
After 20 minutes he stopped the car.
We were in front of the beach.
He parked the car properly and opened the door for me.
After I got out of the car he grabbed my hand and we made our way to the beach.
He had prepared a square hut for us.
Filled with white fairy lights, candles, rose petals, two chairs and a table in between them.
I was amazed at all the things he had done because this was just my dream date.
He then pulled my hand to get me out of my trance and we sat down in front of the hut on a piece of cloth and enjoyed the sunset.
I looked over at Hyunjin who was looking at the sunset.
He looked so damn good with the mixture of colours from the sunset reflecting on him.
Not like he doesn't look good in general.
It's just that he was looking extra attractive right now.
He turned his face towards me and stared down at my lips.
It felt as if I was being hypnotized by him.
We both moved closer to each other slowly and then I leaned in for the kiss.
It was a passionate and romantic one with all bad thoughts and feelings out of the mind.
Soon after we broke the kiss to gasp for air.
I couldn't look back up at Hyunjin after the kiss just now because I was blushing like mad and I didn't certainly want him to see that but I guess he figured it out.
"Stop looking away I know you are blushing"- he said which made my cheeks even redder.
"I-uh- ugh fine"- I turned around only to be faced by a silently chuckling Hyunjin.
After dinner on our way back home, I spoke up.
"Thanks..."
"For?"- he asked his eyes still focused on the road.
"For the date. I absolutely loved it."- I told him.
"I'm glad you liked it. I tried to make it just the way you had dreamt of it."- He told me.
"Wait- I told you about my dream date before?"- I asked him shocked.
"Yeah when we were in high school you told me"- he said with a soft smile on his face as if he was reminiscing those memories.
"And you remembered it?"- I asked him dumbfounded.
Like it was so thoughtful of him to pay attention to these small details.
"Yeah"- he said looking at me and giving me a smile.
He then quickly looked back at the road and said "I don't want accidents" and that made me laugh since it reminded me of our previous time together in the car when he was staring at my chest.
Well it wasn't entirely his fault though.
After we reached home I quickly took a shower and snuggled inside my comforter thinking about the date and our kiss.
