(Y/N) Kalivoda's death affected many. Her death resulted in the saving of Kate Schmidts life. It also resulted in her brother Simon Kalivoda isolating himself from the rest of the world for several months. Staring at the pictures he had of her.
Kate was also effected. She thought it was all her fault. If she didn't run and hide away the love of her life would still be here. Messing around with her brother. Kate would never hear your laugh again. Kate was slowly starting to forget what you looked like. What she sounded like. What shade of (E/C) her eyes were.
Kate went to Simon. to comfort him. They had both lost apart of them. Apart that could never be replaced. Simon opened the door to Kate. They bonded watching the home videos of you. They had both lost someone important to them. Your smile was the brightest thing they had ever seen.
For a long time Simon would stay in his room thinking of all the possible outcomes if he was just a little faster. Having a photo of you by his bedside. Eventually he got better. He would still look at your photo every morning before he left for work and every night before he fell asleep.
As for Kate she would blame herself. Asking why she didn't stay to help you. You were the love of her life. The first person she ever loved. Yet, she ran. She would have night terrors.
She would be standing in front of you as Skull Mask stabbed you over and over again. Finally he would push you into the slicer. All she could do was stand there as you screamed for her help. She couldn't do anything. You would stare into her eyes as you slowly died in front of her.
Kate would resent Deena for a little bit after your death. Deena got her happy ending. She had Sam and she had her brother. She had someone to hold at night.
Who did Kate have? No one
Kate got over it. She never got over you though. You would always hold a place in her heart.
Eventually they had to have your funeral. Kate and Simon were crying. Simon was barely able to speak. He had lost his other half. Kate had to step outside multiple times and Sam would follow to comfort her. Kate had lost her lover. Your love story ended as quickly as it began.
Simon and Kate would go to visit your grave together. Talk to you. Give you updates on how everyone's doing. They would never forget the inscriptions on your grave
