Kipo's pov
Dave: what is this?
He keeps yelling
Emilia: it's a sonic emitter
Mandu manages to get out of my arms
Emilia: the frequency only bothers mutes. Our plan is to use that on Scarlemagne
I look at the two poor mutes. Dave was on his back screaming, while Mandu had her ears covered. Soon, Dave takes his antennas and stick them in his ears
Emilia: and then, he won't have time to pheromone us before we get him in the box
Emilia walks over to the device and turns it off making Dave and Mandu stop what they're doing
Dave: it's not that bad!
Wolf and I follow Dr. Emilia, to the unconcous man wearing a mask
Emilia: when our friend wakes up from that awful mind control, we'll get the intel to finalize our plan
She takes the mask off then I instantly knew who that was
Me: Roberto? This is Troy's dad!
Benson walks over
Benson: Troy? What?! I mean, uh, Troy, who we took to Timbercat village? Not like I miss him
I noticed Dave standing on the bed
Emilia: he'll wake up soon. Someone apologize for shooting him out of the sky, and give him a hot cocoa. You and me, we're going outside to start training
She walks off
Me: right. I should train. Worked hard to get this anchor, time to use it
Dave yells: I'm fine! Thanks
I take the antennas out of his ears making him yelp in pain
Benson: I'll go with you. I've got the anchor to bring you back. Hey, uh, Wolf. While I'm gone, could you, I don't know, make me look good in front of Troy's dad? You know, if it comes up organically in conversation
Wolf: uh, why? Oh... is this because you and Troy have that date thing?
I gasp in excitement
Me: you do? Why didn't you tell me? Can I come? Wait. Never mind
Benson: come on, Kipo. It's time to go full jaguar
I look at him then at the ground and sigh
Your pov
It's been a couple of hours and I was watching Kipo trying to transform but failing. I wanted to go over there and help her but knew I couldn't. Kipo was on a bride with her paws out and has jaguar eyes and Emilia and Benson on the ground
Kipo: huh? Oh. I don't know why it's not working!
Benson sighs as Emilia picks up a crossbow
Benson: let's try again
I start sneaking up to Emilia. She shoots an arrow which Kipo luckily dodges making her ears and tail pop out. I get what Emilia was trying to go for so I hid in a nearby bush
Kipo: hey!
She shoots another arrow which Kipo dodges
Benson: this should be a walk in the park for a Mega Jaguar!
Emilia kept shooting at Kipo, which I hated
Emilia: why isn't she transforming all the way?
