"Babe ready for our date?" I walked into my living room where my wife say
"Date? What date?" She put an earring on
"Hopefully the one your getting ready for" My hands fell inside my pockets

"Oh, I'm sorry babe. Can we reschedule?" She pleaded
"Yeah, sure whatever. I don't care" I sighed
"Ok, see you later" She kissed me on the cheek

"Where are you going?" My head shot up
"Out with my girls" She said in a duh tone
"You cancelled our anniversary dinner to go out with your friends" My eyes squinted

"Michael- your being dramatic" She sighed
"No, you do this all the time not even an exaggeration but go ahead and go. I'm going to Daniel's house" I gripped my keys in my hands and walked out the door

I got in my car, still mad. I turned up the radio and thought about what just happened. It made me remember how Malaysia and I started dating.

Flashback

My wife had planned a date for us to go on. This was the 7th time she replanned it because she always cancelled to go out with her friends or something. Sad part was it wasn't the first time she'd done this.

I was a good boyfriend, fiance, and husband. We'd been married for 4 years.

But guess what, she cancelled this time too. I wasn't surprised but I was irritated. The moment she left to go out for lunch with her friends I walked into our room and changed my outfit from the nice formal wear to a basic everyday outfit. Kinda lazy

I took my keys and headed to Starbucks.

As I entered the shop I pulled out my phone and got in line. I was almost to the front. I looked back at my phone and scooted up but I ran into something small.
