I had recently broke up with my boyfriend Michael and had trouble sleeping. It had been a month but I had a flight early in the morning to go and visit my family.

It was 2 in the morning and I couldn't sleep. I stared at myself in mirror. I didn't notice before but I was wearing a pajama that Michael bought me.

I looked at the time and I'd have to get up soon. I rushed to my car on the way to Michael's house in hope he wasn't already busy trying to find a new girlfriend if you know what I mean.

I knocked on the door but instead of him a girl answered.

"Bri?" The girl squinted her eyes
"Samantha" We hugged
"What are you doing here?" She asked
"I just came by because I couldn't sleep what are you doing here?" I said

"Spending the night. Even though it's been a month Michael sleeps like a baby with an ear infection" She said
"Sorry, this is my fault" I apologized
"No, it's not you were just insecure but I hope you know your so beautiful and he misses you so much" She said letting me in

"Thank you" I smiled walking through the apartment to his room

"Sam, that you?" Michael groaned into his pillow
"No, it's me" I closed the door as he sat up at the sound of my voice
"Oh, hey did you leave something or need something?" He asked
"No, I need to sleep because I have a flight in the morning but I can't" I told him

"How could I help with that?" I asked him
"Just wondering if I could sleep in the bed with you. Thought it might make things better" I asked him

"Sure, come on" He cleared a spot

"I just wanted to say in sorry about my insecureness it's not your fault and the break up was my idea but I'm working on being more confident and I don't wanna stay apart forever" I told him honestly

"If this is us getting back together then yes. I will definitely give us another chance" He accepted
"Thanks" We kissed before going to sleep
