Today when me and Kara went downstairs for breakfast and Cami was in a unusually good mood. To good of a mood.
I'm now very curious why she's so cheery mood for some reason. I pulled Kara to the side before we fully walked into the kitchen. She looked at me wired.
"What's up with Cami" she asks me with raised eyebrows.
I look at her with wide eyes "I was gonna ask you that!"
"After breakfast let's go talk to her. Ask her what up" Kara Suggests.
I nod and we walk out of the kitchen to eat breakfast. While we eat we're not the only ones who is giving Cami wired looks so are mom and dad. They probably notice her unusual mood this early in the morning.
Mom decides it's time to speak up "Camille are you alright" she asks her.
She looks up with raised eyebrows "why wouldn't I be."
"Because your all smiley today for some reason" Kara questions. I kick her leg under the table "ow!" She exclaims.
She rolls her eyes and puts her fork down "I can't be smiley" she questioned with raised eyebrows.
"Is this about that date you went in yesterday?" Mom blurts out.
Mine and Kara's eyes widen. "You went on a date" we exclaim in sync.
"I told you it wasn't a date mom!" Cami states.
We eat the rest of breakfast in silence. After Cami does the dishes we pull her up to my room and lock the door.
"What's up with you" I ask. She opens her mouth to speak but I stop her before she can say anything "and don't lie to us we can tell when your lying!"
She sighs in defeat "well yesterday I woke up to a text from Peter. And I was like how did you get my number but he got it from Laur. He asked if I wanted to hang out and I was like what are we doing and he said it was a surprise. He took me bowling and after we went and got pizza and milkshakes." She tells us "but after we ate I went to the restroom real quick and while I was washing my hands there was this lady in there and she was like 'you and your boyfriend are cute together' and I was like 'oh he's not my boyfriend' and then she was like 'well y'all are still cute together. When you find one like that you don't let them go' and then when I got back home I told him I had a good time and he said he did to then we was staring into each others eyes and then he kissed me" she says with a goofy grin.
Me and Kara squeal. "Did you kiss back" Kara asks.
She nods with the same goofy grin. "Was it a date" I question out of curiosity. But she just shrugs.

When I went down stairs for breakfast I almost passed. Peter was smiling. After we ate I knew I had to talk to my mom.
"Hey mom" I say as I walk back into the kitchen where she's set at the table.
She looks up at me with a smile "hey honey! What up" she asks.
I scratch my head "what's wrong with Peter." I question "I think he's broken!"
"What do you mean" she asks holding back her laugh.
"He all smiley today and your basically telling me you didn't notice" I exclaim.
She rolls her eyes at me "when Peter is like this which is very rarely I just go with it" she states.
I nod and mutter a quick "thanks" before standing up and walking out to talk to Peter.
I walk in his room not even bothering to nock. But in return I get a pillow to the face. "What are you doing in here Laur?"
I clear my throat "well I'm wondering why your in such a good mood" I say as I walk over to set beside him "your never in a good mood so spill!"
"Can't someone just be in a good mood once in a while" he queried.
I shake my head "not you! Your never in a good mood." But then something he clicked in my head and my lips went up into a smirk "who were you with yesterday" I start to interrogate him.
His face instantly became red. I gasp "were you with Cami!" His face becomes even more red if that's possible. I gasp again "you so were" I exclaim.
He nod "yeah I was you caught me!" He states.
I roll my eyes "me and Cora called it you so have a crush on her!"
As if on cue Cora waltz in Peter's room with a grin on her face. I guess she heard our conversation. She climbs on Peter's bed and sits on his lap.
"I knew it uncle Peter you have a bigggg crush on her like I have one on-" she cuts herself off.
"On who Cor" he asks her.
"I already told you this stop changing the subject" she says as she dramatically hits Peter's arm and gets up and walks out.
"What happened" I ask right after Cora walks out.
He raises his eyebrows probably wondering why I'm so excited. "Well we went bowling and then got pizza and milkshakes and when I dropped her off at home I kissed her." He blurts out obviously not thinking 'cause his eyes widen "and she kissed back" this time he puts his hand over his mouth his eyes widening even more.
I squeal and he rolls his eyes at me. "You have a big crush!"
He try's to speak up again but I stand up and walk out of his room before he gets a word out.
