Expect the unexpected

sorry guys if I haven't updated more often it's because I have been so busy in school cause you know, summer vacation coming and yeah I need to accomplish some school works and projects so yeah. That's it.

Katie's POV

As I enter our school campus, I did not wear my signature smile cause I know exactly that this day is not going to be good. Now I enter our classroom I can see him in his seat which is beside mine. 

My angry face becames worse. I can see him smirking at me and even wink. I just want to punch him square in the face now. 

"How's your day mi'lady?" He asks me.

"When I see your face, I already know that I'm gonna have my worst day, which is pretty much everyday." I said through gritted teeth. As he heared those words, there is something in his eyes that I cannot put my finger on but it is darkness in it. I don't want to look at him anymore so I'm trying my best to do something that won't be really that obvious that I don't want to look at his eyes.

Thank God Denise is here. I got lots to tell her about our fangirling. You know, girl things and all that girl shit.

"Denise, Oh my God! Do you know what is the update of 5SOS and One Direction yesterday?" I shouted to her and then I run and grab her outside our classroom to the corridor.

"Sorry don't have any update. It is because we have family dinner last night and we got home past midnight and I was just deep asleep. By the way, your greetings this morning is very unexpected because you literally shouted at me like I am a deaf person. Is there anything wrong with your sweetheart there?" She asked me with that little smirk of her that makes me want to eat her face.

"Haha sorry I was just trying to get out of that fucking situation I was in with him a moment ago and what are you talking about? My sweetheart? I thought your on my side." I said and then the bell rings which signals for our flag ceremony.

The darkness in Jecx eyes is still in his eyes but not that evident anymore but I can still see it.

"Stop staring at me, I'll melt." He said

I dont know how it happened but I blushed. I looked away and tried my best not to get caught but as clumsy as me, he had seen it.

"Oh how cute. You look so cute when you are blushing. Wait, did I do that?" He asked with too much confidence.

"N-no, you didn't. " I said with a shaky voice. Why am I stuttering?
Well, this is awkward and I don't like it.

After a whole stress in school and Jecx's teasing me, it is already dismissal. I am very excited to go home so that I can escape this hell hole I have been. I am now running in our school ground which is grass and expect the unexpected, I slipped and fall into the ground and worse my undies are exposed and seen by other students and worse, most of them are boys and worst, Jecx is one of them. I just wanna melt like olaf during summer. They all laugh at me and I am just here dying because of embarrassment. My things are scattered on the ground and my ankle hurts a lot. Still expecting the unexpected, someone helps me and when I look up, it's Jecx. My heart is pounding exactly in my throat.

I blush again and he smiled.

"Thank you" I said but it came out as a whisper and yeah our faces are this close like very close. Why am I acting like this?

"You are welcome." He said,

He brings my things and left his friends to bring me to where I would ride a public vehicle.

"No, you are not riding in a public ride because you are injured." He said very concerned. It makes my heart jump out of it's place.

"Where do you expect me to ride?" I ask.

"My car" He said.

"What? I just can't ride in your car." I shouted. 

"No. You'll ride with me." He said and carried me bridal style. I can now feel my cheeks growing hot and I can also feel his torso pressed tightly in my side. He carried me like a feather when I think I weigh like a fat dog.

He put me carefully in his car and put the seatbelt on. When he did that, our faces are so close and it is making me blush again.

He drives me home and still carries me to our house. My mother was so shocked when he saw him because he is the first boy who has been in our house and there is something in there too but I can't tell. 

"What happen to you?" My mother asked with a concerned look and I was not able to answer that so he answered for me.

"She was running in the school grounds cause maybe she wants to go home right away and there was mud and she slipped and hurt her ankle that's why I carried her here." He said

"Thank you. You are such a good boy." My mother said and hug him quite longer. He looks so awkward that's why he faked cough.

"I should leave." He said.

"Thank you." I said and blush agian.

"I'm pretty sure I did that." He said and left.

No words can explain what I am feeling right now but there is one point I need to be clear here. EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED.
