Most the students were passed out, even though it was only 6 pm... but there were a few stragglers awake. Chloe sat and read a book while Sabrina worked on classwork of course. Rose had woken momentarily to use the restroom and other than that, only Adrien and Marinette sat awake. Marinette covered her mouth with her hand to stifle her laughter. Adrien motioned a finger over his lips.

"Marinette shhhh-" His voice broke with giggles. Marinette mouthed an apology.

"I'm sorry, vines just get me every time and I swear I have most of them memorized." She whispered to him, their bodies mere inches from each other. He snickered at her.

"This is the first time I've ever watched these. They're so... stupid." Marinette gasped.

"Don't ever say that to anyone who worships these pieces of art like I do. You'll get yourself into a fight Mr.Agreste." Adrien rolled his eyes then suddenly smirked.

"Yeah, that would be bad considering I'd probably get arrested... or you know, put under Agreste." Marinette's eyes narrowed.

"You did not..." Adriens cheeks puffed up attempted to hold back the laughter he held back.

"I'm so sorry, I literally had to take advantage of that..." Marinette sighed and facepalmed. She then looked Adrien dead in the eyes and said as the video played in the background, "Road work ahead, uh, yeah, I sure hope it does." Adrien laughed louder than anticipated and Marinette quickly covered his mouth with her hands.

"Adrien, shut the fuck up. Oh my gosh!" He waved his hand at her, blowing off her comment. Marinette slowly removed her hand from his mouth.

"Hey, wanna go to that spot I mentioned?" Marinette jumped up in excitement.

"Yes!" He hushed her.

"Okay okay. we have about six hours left before we land... so let's make this count." They smiled at each other. Marinette grabbed her bag quickly.

"Let's go change into pj's then meet back here, I'll use the back bathroom, you use the front. Meet back here." Adrien nodded in agreement and grabbed his pajamas and quickly ran to the front restroom to change.

Within minutes, the two joined back at their seats. Adrien sat back in his seat as Marinette sauntered back over. Adrien wore black, green, and red plaid flannel pants with a black muscle tank top. He looked up at Marinette who wore bright pink silk shorts with and white crop top embroidered with her signature flower, both of them with their own pair of fuzzy socks.

"I see you have your sense of style figured out Ms.Dupain-Cheng." Marinette looked down at her embroidered top and shrugged.

"Guess I do Mr.MuscleShirt. Now c'mon, I gotta see this place you're talking about." Adrien stood up and grabbed Marinette's hand, abruptly pulling her towards the back of the plane. He opened the door at the end of the short corridor and walked through. He closed the door behind the two and walked towards the back of the room, there in the middle of the floor was a trapdoor.

"Follow me." He climbed down a short ladder and awaited Marinette to join him. He took her through another door and, "Voila!"

Marinette gasped. It was a small room, mostly empty... but that wasn't what she was so awed by. At the back of the room, there was a bay window. The entire back wall was one window, with a view that could capture the attention of anyone. Marinette sauntered over to the window and stared out.

"Adrien... it's beautiful, amazing, stunning... I just... don't even know!" She stared out the window, endless blue in their midst.

"The ocean is quite beautiful..." Marinette nodded, not taking her eyes away from the deep blue. Adrien sighed and silently agreed. Marinette turned towards Adrien, catching his attention.

"I'm glad we can be like this Adrien." She turned back to gaze out the window again. Now it was Adrien's turn to turn his head, he gave her a confused look.

"What do you mean?" Marinette kept her eyes on the ocean which matched her eyes.

"That we can be friends. I know I was awkward for the longest time around you and I'm glad I'm not like that anymore. I can be casual and comfortable." She met his gaze. His jaw dropped slightly at her sudden boldness.

"Yeah, honestly Mari, me too. I never understood why you were that way towards me. I thought you hated me or was intimidated by my last name... lot's of people are. I'm glad I have you, you're genuine and honest. That's hard to find these days. Your kindness is like no other Marinette." She smiled at him.

"I'm glad I've been able to be there for you- to be your friend." Marinette's eyes wandered back to the sea, not realizing their conversation was about to take a sharp turn.

"Sooo- why were you so weird around me?" Marinette choked on air and her face went red. SHe turned abruptly towards him.

"PFFT-wha-? Me, awkward, N E V E R." He gave her a deadpanned stare.

"Oh Marinette, sweet sweet Marinette. You're very clearly lying. You even admitted yourself that you were awkward, so don't think you're getting out of this. We still have forever on this plane and we will sit here until I get my answer." She glared deeply at him.

"You're a bitch Adrien Agreste." Adrien mockingly put his hand on his chest and gasped.

"Marinette! Such language and rude name calling!" Marinette crossed her arms and rolled her eyes.

"Bbbbbbiiiiiiiittttttccccchhhhhhh" She dragged out the word, making direct eye contact with the green eyed beauty.

"Bluebell." Her face immediately changed emotion. She now looked extremely confused and had a 'what the fuck did you just call me?' expression.

"Bluebell?" She repeated the nickname back to him, confusion laced in her voice and still clearly plastered on her face.

"That's your new nickname. It hit me just now." She nodded at him.

"Okay... Bluebell..." She looked closer at Adrien.

"Jade." His face morphed into one of shock. He hadn't thought that she would retaliate with a nickname of her own to give him. She nodded in satisfaction, "Yeah, Jade."

They both slowly returned their attention back to the water.

With a grin, Adrien spoke up.

"I like Jade. Thanks.... Bluebell." He grinned at himself, prepared to watch Marinette stumble over her words.

"So... wanna tell me why you were so awkward?" Marinette glared at him.

"Oh my fucking gosh- I had a huge crush on you! Okay?"
