Chapter 11

I wore a beautiful red full length dresses for dinner or that's what I thought. There was a knock on my door. When I went to go get it, Austin was standing there in a tux with a dozen red rose in hand.
"Surprise" he says smirking.
"Thank you Austin" I said while taking away the red roses. I laid them on my bed.
Austin put his arm out and I took it gladly.
"You looking stunning tonight" he says in awe
"Why thank you your highness" I say smiling "so where are we going" I ask
"I'm not sure in get the concept of the word surprise" he says laughing
"I do to" I say trying to defend myself but that just makes him laugh harder. Finally we came to these doors, when he opened them there was a staircase. When we got to the top Austin grabbed my hand.
"Close your eyes and you can't open them until I say so" he says then grabs my hand. We went through another set of doors I was inside the doors I knew we were outside because of the breeze but where outside.
"Open them" Austin say into my ear while holding unto my waist. I opened them and I covered my mouth. It was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. It was the roof top of the palace.
"Thank you" I say turning around and hugging Austin. At first he was shocked but then returned he returned it quickly.
We sat down at this table. That had a few candles running
"Sorry I haven't spoken to you for a while, truth be told I have been planning this night for the last couple of weeks" he says a little shy about it. Awe that's so cute.
"Awe thanks" I said blushing
"Why did it take so long"
"because it had to be prefect for you my love" he said smirking
"Austin you just ruined it calling me my love" I said giving him a glare that soon turned into us laughing are heads off.
The night was perfect. We had amazing food. Which was an important factor to making the perfect night.
After dinner Austin took my hand and lead me back downstairs and into the gardens. We came by a lake and laid down gazing at the stars. I put my head on his shoulder while he played with my hair. I looked at him he looked at me. Our eyes locked.
"I think I might be falling for you Sophie Grace Rivers" he says grinning
"I think I have to Austin" I say
We both started leaning in until are lips touched. His lips were so soft. And the kiss was so sweet. I think I was the one that pulled away after a minute. We both started breathing a little hard. Then I felt a little rain drop on my head and then another. Until it just started pouring outside.
We both started running back to the palace getting all muddy. When we made it to the palace and got inside with both started laughing.
"I think I might have like it better outside" I said grinning.
"Shall we" he says putting out his arm
"We shall" I say
We walked outside in the rain again and Austin put his hand on my waist and are hands connected. I knew what he was thinking.
"Austin I can't dance" I said a little embarrassed
"That's okay just follow my lead" he says grinning
"Okay"
He grabbed my other hand and put it on his shoulder.
"Ready" he says
"Ready"
We start graceful dancing, then I stepped on his foot.
"Ow"
"Sorry"
I do that a few more times until I got the hang of it.
We started dancing so wonderful in the rain. It was magical.
We went inside after 30 about min.
We walked up to my room and once we arrived at my door I said
"I had a wonderful night your majesty" I say
"As did I my love" he says
I give him a quick kiss on the mouth and walked inside.
I dried off a little and as soon as my head hit the pillow I was asleep.
