day one: attempting to shift!

August 17th, 2021. 

Today is going to be the day I will shift to my Waiting Room. I have took multiple breaks and I should stop and try to shift! 

I am going to be using The Julia Method. This method tend to give a lot of symptoms such as numbness, etc. Since this method is an awake method and a sleep method. I decided to use the sleep method! Wait, wait, wait. Chloe didn't you say you have trouble sleeping at night? Well, good question! I have bought melatonin gummy, which is a gummy that will make me fall asleep faster and easier! Cool right? But please, If you have trouble sleeping at night, please don't buy melatonin gummy without your parents approval or doctor's approval. For me, I bought melatonin gummy without my parents or doctor's approval :,) But please don't be like me, I don't want to be a bad influence to you guys! 


~Morning~

I was planning to wake up at 6a.m. this morning. But... I overslept as always, which is disappointing. Why did I want to wake up at 6? Because, I want to workout, go out for a walk, read and meditate TO stay productive and bring my vibrations up! I ended waking up at 7:35, lol. That's not going to stop me, I got off my bed and went straight to the bathroom to take a quick cold shower. After that, I have online classes. My class ends at 2:30 p.m. Which is in the Afternoon, boring... 

~Afternoon~

Once my classes is over, I went downstairs and take my lunch. I was watching some shifting videos, just to boost my motivation and my mood. After that, I went back upstairs. I was laying on my bed and planned to close my eyes to take a few deep breaths. I imagined some scenarios about my Desired Reality, just to boost up my motivation too! I wasn't planning on shifting, since it's the afternoon. I usually shift at night so.. yeah! I continue visualizing things that I want to happen in my Desired Reality, smiling at myself like an idiot. It was the best feeling ever :3 

~Evening~

Ugh! It's 4:59 when I check the time... I accidentally fell asleep while visualizing my Desired Reality... That is something, I wasn't planning to do at all. I'm kind of disappointed in myself but I couldn't help it. But guess what, I had a dream about my Desired Reality! I remembered that I was in a "Defense in the Dark Arts" class. I saw George and Fred Weasley next to me. That's basically all I remembered... I had multiple dreams of my Desired Reality before, but couldn't remember that much. 

I decided to freshen up by washing my face and drink a glass of water. After that, I meditate for  5-10 minutes, to clear up my mind. Then, I decided to manifest a few things. Such as, "I am going to shift to my waiting room tonight". I did the 33x3 method. The 33x3 method is where you write the things you want to manifest for 33 times for 3 days straight. I also listened to subliminal while doing it. I did repeat a lot of affirmations throughout the day, this is one of the way to reprogram your mind. This makes shifting much more easier. I will also read through my script again and add some few things. Alright, I will stop writing now. I will see you guys at night! <3 

~Night~ 

It is currently 8:40 p.m. here, I am currently in my living room chilling with my mom. Just want to try and get out of my room for a little bit, instead of isolating myself in my room. I am currently listening to songs that makes me think of my Desired Reality, to boost my motivation! I have taken my melatonin gummy, that helps me fall asleep easily. I should be able to fall asleep easier later on. I will update you guys soon <3 

Hi, okay it is currently 10:55 p.m. I am going to bed now, this melatonin gummy is killing me. As I said, I will use The Julia Method. I am going to meditate first before doing the method. I will update you guys tomorrow morning. Goodnight luvs <3. I am going to shift :) 


~The Next Day~

I did not successfully shifted to my waiting room. During, The Julia Method my body felt heavy and light at the same time. My body is also very numb during the process. It was quite difficult and uncomfortable, because I have to stay in the same position. So I decided to stop doing methods to shift. I will use this method again for day two. I don't think the melatonin gummy works for me, although I said that I feel extremely tired yesterday night. The instructions said to take the melatonin 20 minutes before bed, but I took it 3 hours early before bed. I think that's the problem. But it's totally okay! Remember, every fail attempt will turn out to be worth it soon. Trust me :) I'll see you guys at day two! <3
