The league is invited to Japan. Captain teletha takes them to a school where they are setting up a school festival, it was gonna be security but its gonna car racing theme.
Kaname is less pissed about it, she is happy to meet foreign street racers. Other students meet riggs.

Flynn & razor doing drift racing. Riggs sensed something wrong, about teletha.

Riggs received the call a help from captain testerossa. He jumps off the plane & swam down to her super submarine.
