Rain

T/W: CAR ACCIDENT
(I beg you please please please don't read if that's a sensitive subject for you.)

RUSH's POV:

I was sitting on a park bench, looking at the ducks float. The birds chirping, making a sweet relaxing sound. I come here everyday it's relaxing to watch kids play. They look so cute while laughing and playing with each other. Sometimes I accompany them,everything seems so beautiful and calm.

"Well if it isn't Ms Rush.." I heard some guys chuckle behind me. I kind of knew who it was.
I stood up and tried leaving the place but one of them, the worst, came in between.
"Awh don't leave so soon baby." He said.
I put the falling strand of hair behind my ear, looking down.
"Won't it be fun?" They laughed.

"I'll give you three seconds to take you and your stupid friends out of here, Daniel. " Jahn, my sister and the person who always saves me anytime said.
I run to her and hug her. She covers her arms around me.
"See you later, babe." I close my eyes tightly until they leave.
I had no idea why I was so sensitive. My sister and my friends always say that they will always be there for me, but they won't be there everytime, although they never leave me alone, there's still a part of me that doesn't know what will happen when they're not around.

"At least say bye!" Corbyn screamed while laughing, making me snap out of my thinking.

"He won't understand." Olivia, my close friend said and she went up to him and slapped him.
"Oli!" I yell, surprised.
On the other side, Mary, my other friend. Olivia and Mary are sisters. Mary went up to Jack and Zach's car and took out the keys and threw in the pond.

"What the heck did you just do!?" They screamed, meanwhile, Jahn couldn't stop laughing seeing them.

"Guys we should go from here."I tell them.
"Yeah, Olivia and Mary, we're heading home, come on." Jahn said.

While I went to sit on the front seat beside Jahn, she was driving. Olivia and Mary were sitting on the back seats.
"I swear one day those guys will get murdered by my hands." Said Olivia.
"Calm down." Jahn laughed lightly.
"Seriously, Rush, stop going there, you know they're always there." Mary said
"I'm.. I'm sorry Rush." Jahn said.
"Heyy.. don't be sorry. Your relationship with Daniel wasn't something you wanted to happen. It isn't your fault, yeah?" I said.

Jan and Daniel were in a relationship. It was a forced one. Jahn was not ready to be with him but he was not ready to understand her point. She agreed at last. His friends, Zach, Jack and Corbyn, troubled me everywhere I go. I became used to it by now, this is the reason Olivia, Mary and Jahn are a little over protective over me. I'm thankful for everything they've done for me yet.

"I always said that I'll mess up eventually"
The radio was playing. It was habit by Louis. It reminded me of Ana. Jahn saw that and she went to switch off the radio but I stopped her.
"Let it be.." I said in a low tone.
Ana, she was my sister, she died in a car accident months ago. If she was here I knew she would never let those guys do anything to Jahn or to me. I wish,I wish she never left me like this, us like this.

Tears started flowing and it was raining outside. I looked outside the car window, seeing the rain droplets race on the window, I wiped my tears but they seemed to never stop. That's what happens when I think of her.

I raised my hands to wipe my tears. I saw someone, I saw a guy. He was sitting, observing me, he had a cigarette in his hand and he had tattoos, he was in his black car, on the last seat. I looked away as fast as I could after we made eye contact.

We reached home. Jahn and I went to our, meanwhile, Mary and Olivia went to their. We were neighbours, classmates and best friends. Olivia was the youngest and the funniest followed by me then Mary and then Jahn, she was the oldest. Ana and Mary were of the same age. They used to be close. Ana had a fight with us, on a small thing, she left with  smile and said, "Goodbye." Jahn wasn't at home that night. Reports say, while she was driving she was not in her senses and she hit a pole which fell on her seat and we weren't able to make to the hospital on time.

I went to change in the bathroom, it was still raining. Somehow, my mind kept going back to that guy. He was different, he was dark, he attracted me for some reason. His eyes, his aura, everything about him.

"Jaaaaaahn." I said stretching her name.
"Yeah? You hungry?" She asked.
"Nah, not really. I just want to ask something." I said in a soft tone.
"Mhm, go ahead." She said.
"Do you know that guy who was in the black car, beside us, when we were in the traffic?" I asked her. I was shook seeing her expression change in an instant.

"Yes, what about him? Did he do something to you? That piece of sh-"

"Relax!" I interrupted her, she was never the one to use a language like that, I wonder who he is but it's better not to bring him in.

"Jahn can we call Mary and Olivia , is dinner ready?" I tried deviating the topic.
"Yeah do so, it will be ready in a few minutes." She answered.

"Okayy." I replied.

I went to call them. Even though my mind was still thinking back to him..
