Chuuyas POV

My eyes fluttered to be met with the sun shining directly at my eyes. I shut my eyes out of reflex, the sun was bright as it could be this morning. I let out a sigh looking over at my alarm clock. "Shit.. I didn't mean to sleep in.. Its already 11.." I groaned standing up and heading for the bathroom to take a shower. After my shower I just put on an ordinary outfit, well to me it was ordinary. I finally got a day off even if it was against my will, my boss told me that I had been working too much to his liking. He's acting as if I don't have to run errands either way, but its better then having to buy groceries at midnight. I just sighed and carried with my daily errands.

"Heya Chuuya! This the first time i've seen you here this early!" The one person who doesn't annoy me that much. "Hey Ms.Kimura." I said waving at her before scanning through my grocery list. "I already told you mister. Nati is fine. I'm not that much older than you, you know?" I chuckled. "Are you sure Nati?" I said with a chuckle looking through the shelves. "I'm only 35! That's not old!" Nati yelled out from the counter making me just snicker wondering what her expression is from here. "Actually, turning 36 right?" I smirked after finding the last box of green tea. "Oh crap you're right! I guess I forgot from all the work so far.." I rose a brow as I couldn't really hear what she said right after. "What'd you say? Oh, there's no more-"
"Almond milk? Yeah saved the last one for ya." I smiled with a small sigh walking to the counter placing the basket I was carrying on it so she can scan the items. "Thanks Nati, and can I have two bottles of-" I was cut off once more. "Petrus wine? Yeah saved the last two for you as well. Some rando yesterday decided to buy over 10 cases of petrus wine.. It was weird." She said charging my items rolling her eyes a bit at the mention of this weirdo. "Really? Didn't you get the shipments yesterday?" I asked watching half the price go down. "Nati.. I already told you I don't need the discount." I heaved a sigh watching Nati shake her head. "Nope. You're a full time writer so you need to keep your money in check alright?" She said making her point with small daggers coming straight for me. I sighed again inserting my card, putting my pin in.
"Did I hear that Chuuya is a writer?" I rose a brow midway typing my pin, I didn't look up before finishing putting my pin in. Once I was done with that I was met with a quite, familiar face almost making me drop my wallet. Luckily, I managed to pull myself together telling Nati if she can bag my items faster. "Calm down Chuuya, I'm the only one on the shift so please pity my weak arms!" She whined before placing the wine bottles in wrap and in a separate bag. "Why'd you just full on ignore me?? Chuuya?" I don't want to look up, my stomach was like on a roller coaster going in circles. I didn't expect to see him, and here out of all places! "Speak of the devil." I looked at Nati ignoring the brunette who stood right behind me. "You know that weirdo I was talking about? Yeah thats him." I just completely ignored what she said grabbing my bags and trying to reach the exit. "Nope. I haven't seen you in four years Chu, let's catch up?" He blocked the whole exit with his figure, he looked so fragile. I grit my teeth taking his body figure at a disadvantage easily pushing my way out through the door. "Ow! Did you not just hear what I just said Chuuya?? Oh come on it's been four years-" He chased after me making me groan making my way for my car. I unlocked the trunk throwing my bags in and trying my best to put the wine bottles in a place where they won't smash. I saw that Dazai had finally caught up stoping a few feet away from me panting. "Gosh.. How unfit are you." I said grimacing at the man in front of me. "F-For someone... who has small legs.. you can run pretty fa-" Before he can finish his sentence he collapsed right on the floor making me slightly jump. I just stared at him before I noticed he wasn't getting up. "..Dazai..?" I spoke out to him slightly nudging him with my foot as I closed my trunk. He didn't respond to my kicking so there was something definitely wrong. I kneeled down to check his breathing. "He's breathing. That's good I guess.. If I leave him here he'll probably get ran over. But if I take him to the hospital then they'll probably charge him a bunch.. and I have a gut feeling he doesn't have a single penny with him. There's only one option but I don't want to take the risk.." I mumbled to myself sighing in defeat grabbing his arms. He was pretty light, I already knew he'd be light based on his form but it's like middle school all over again. I dragged him into the back seat putting the seat belt on him. Looking closely, he hasn't really changed since high school.
"Ugh.. High school.." I growled just thinking about back then. "Just don't think about it Chuuya.." I took one glance back at the knocked out Dazai behind me. "What the hell happened after four years Osamu.." I mumbled before sighing and starting my engine to try finishing my errands leaving Dazai in the back to rest. Is that a good idea? Probably not, but I really need to take this day off into an advantage. As I was driving to my next spot that happened to be my work place to publish my new book but something hit my shoulder. I tried looking back but I had to keep my eyes on the road. After finally hitting a red light, I immediately turned to see a half awake Dazai. "Are you alright now? Where do you live so I can just throw you there to finish my errands." I asked but Dazai just shook his head and leaned towards me more. "Where.. Where are we going.." He mumbled scooting closer, he was practically next to my ear by then. "Tch. We're going to your house. Give me the address. And personal space." I clicked my tongue pushing his face away making him sit normally. "My address... Right.." He said those words but nothing else. I looked back to see him knocked out again. "Oh you've got to be fucking kidding me-" I was cut off by a beep, I clicked my tongue driving as the light had turned green. I definitely can't go to work right now with Dazai like this, if I leave him in my car knocked out they'll think I kidnapped him or something. I parked my car right in front of the shop thinking of my choices. I looked back at him then at the packet of work I had. It's going to be quick.

So I'm back...
It took forever for the first chapter to even come out because I'm an idiot and got writers block midway through. I'm stupid sorry about the delay.
