Chuuya's POV

I woke up with a heavy weight on top of me. When my eyes cleared up, I noticed it was Dazai.

'When did he begin getting so heavy? He looks like a bag of bones.' Is all I could think, I groaned pushing the heavy weight off of me and sitting up. Dazai whined a bit in his sleep, wrapping his arms around my waist. "Hey... let me take a leak, I'll be right back." I whispered to him which got me another whine but he did finally let go of me. I sighed and made my way to the bathroom. It reeked of throw up from last night but I just ignored it and just used the bathroom. My hair was a mess due to Dazai constantly moving around the bed. I completely forgot how much he moves in his sleep. I brushed my hair with my fingers, not really caring to find Dazai's brush. Once I finished up, I could hear Oda and Ikuto in the kitchen making breakfast.

I could only hear a couple mumbles but a couple seconds later, there was complete silence. That's how most mornings with the Dazai's start, cheerful conversations than a comfortable silence as they cook. I couldn't help but snicker at it. I looked at Osamu who was still sound asleep, he must be tired from all the crying and feelings from last night. I crouched down next to him, pulling strands of his brown hair behind his ear.

'He always looks so damn beautiful.'

I stared at his face as the sun began to light up his room, eventually it hit Osamus face and wow, he looked even more beautiful. I felt my cheeks begin to heat up so I looked away and stood up. I planted a quick kiss on his forehead before walking out towards the kitchen. When I got there, I found Ikuto setting the table and Oda finishing serving the plates. Once they noticed me, they immediately asked questions.

"Hey Chuuya, how'd it go last night? Is Osamu feeling better?" Ikuto asked while Oda only nodded in agreement with Ikuto. "Yes, you might wanna let him sleep for a bit more though. Last night was a real emotional rollercoaster for him. When he does wake up, don't ask him about anything that happened last night. It's a sensitive topic and I'd rather not remind him of his situation." I said, helping Oda place the plates on the table. "I see. Thank you, Chuuya. You really are the one that knows him best." Oda smiled, it made my cheeks heat up again because everyone used to say that when Dazai and I dated back in highschool. It brought back some warm memories so I couldn't help but smile back. Oda went to wake up the kids and Ikuto went to wake Ango who apparently couldn't sleep due to all the things that went wrong last night. I just sighed, taking a seat to wait up for everyone. I heard my phone ring but by the time I went to reach for it, weight was added to my shoulders. I quickly silenced my phone and looked up to see who it was.

"...Why didn't you wake me up...?" A drowsy Osamu said, his eyes still half-lidded. It was a funny sight and I wished I had taken a photo of it but the others had returned making Osamu to take a seat right next to me. I guess Ango and Osamu are still not morning people due to the fact they're both really drowsy. Ikuto dragged him in, placing him in hist seat and planting a kiss on his cheek. Oda began serving everyone and we fell into a comfortable silence. Memories of last night flooded in and I had suddenly remembered that Dazai had offered to go on a date with me. My cheeks flushed with heat and I couldn't even finish my food due to the excitement. I looked over to Osamu to see him acting normal, probably still half asleep.

'Perhaps he forgot about what he said last night? He doesn't seem as excited as I expected him to be.'

I just quickly finished my food and helped Ango with the dishes even though he refused. Oda, Ikuto and the kids stayed in the living room watching tv while Osamu had gone to the bathroom. Ango and I just exchanged a quick few words during our chore but most of the time when it's just us two, we get really awkward. When I finished, I had pulled my phone out to check the time, there I saw several missed calls from an unfamiliar number. I furrowed my eyebrows and decided to walk out the kitchen to check out the number.
