"Thank you, dear." Lisa thanked me as I turned in a book I took a week ago.

I went downstairs, where the romance section was. I took out a random book, sat on a table and began reading.

Honestly, I really wish I was able to flirt that way...  I thought to myself. I really want to tell Lisa I have a crush on her but..how should I?

As I read more, the protagonist in the book I was reading already confessed to each other through flirting and pick up lines...

Suddenly, I had the weird urge to go upstairs, and use the pick up lines I know with Lisa, what if that's the perfect way of confessing?

I rushed upstairs, and taking the final breath before approaching Lisa.

"Hey, beautiful!" I started, catching Lisa's attention. "My doctor said I'm lacking vitamin you!"

I felt a bit embarrassed as the awkward silence filled the air.

"Aw, that's cute of you." Lisa smiled at me.

"Uhh..." I thought for a second. "Don't do drugs, Lisa, do me!"

As I realised what I said, my face got red and I felt very embarrassed.

Lisa only raised an eyebrow and smirked.

"Oh? Really?" She stood up, coming right up to me.

"That was a terrible-" I immediately shut up as a gloved finger was put on my mouth.

The worst thing is that I came right an hour before the library closing, and the only people in the room were me and Lisa.

"So, you want me to do you?" Lisa asked me.

"Uh that was just a joke!" I laughed nerveously.

"Oh, well then..." Lisa chuckled. My reaction seemed to amuse the librarian...oh...

"So, (Y/n), how are your plans on going to Liyue?" Lisa smiled, as if nothing just happened.

"Well, I honestly don't want to go there anymore." I crossed my arms over my chest, sighing.

"Oh, why is that so?" Lisa inquired.

"I don't know... it's just, something is holding me, Mondstadt feels like home after all."

"Well, you can live wherever you want." Lisa started elegantly walking away, signaling that it's my last chance to tell her what I've wanted to tell her for months now.

"Wait Lisa!" I tried not to yell. "I..."

Lisa turned around smoothly, looking at me straight in the eyes.

"I...I love you...more than a friend." I finally spat out something that was stuck in my heart for over months now.

I looked at Lisa in anticipation, overthinking and regretting what I just said, but she just looked at me with the most calm expression ever.

"Well, darling," she moved closer, "I actually love you more than a friend too, and I'm really happy you confessed first, since...I wouldn't have the confidence to!" She giggles.

She just admitted her own fear without any embarrassement, and only a laugh? So, maybe if I do it the same way, maybe it'll feel better?

I came closer, standing on my tippy toes, reaching Lisa's face, our lips only centimetres appart.

Lisa pulled me closer, and closer, and our lips finally met.

She tasted like the afternoon tea she had offered me earlier, and smelled like roses.

I never thought that kisses are so nice...just like in romance stories, except this kiss...it felt more true, more passionate and full of true love.

After the kiss, we looked back at each other, beaming.

Although I felt happier than ever, my face was more red than a tomato.
